Turns out I needed antibiotics and urgent care diagnosed me with an outer ear infection and only gave me ear drops, making the problem worse. A few weeks after the infection I woke up in the middle of the night with this horrible pain and ringing in my ear and I lost hearing in one ear for weeks. I went to an ent and got put on antibiotics and had to keep seeing him for a few months to get my hearing back in that ear. But there have been times when family first urgent care has been great. I would say if you're going for a standard test, like a strep test or something or if it's a Saturday or Sunday and no one else is open and you're desperate, then they're fine.

She was professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. Based on my symptoms, she recommended a colonoscopy and endoscopy and made sure I understood the process and what to expect. It takes at least 5 minutes to even leave a voicemail for the doctor's office - it automatically redirects you to the original greeting message which is filled with details that should be listed online because hearing a miserable employee of the office read them at the pace of a snail is a waste of time. 2. Not once, not twice, but three times the doctor was very late to my appointments. My second appointment - she was an hour and a half late. This is just ridiculous, if you can't handle the patient volume don't agree to care for the patient. 3. In the time I was under Marie Saky's care - upon every meeting she would remind me facts and details about my condition that I was already aware of! I'm not saying you have to remember my name if you're a busy doctor but at least remember why I'm paying you in the first place to treat me. Stop acting like I wasn't aware of a condition I've for years. I should be able to quickly contact the doctor's office if I need access to my records. I should be able to see my doctor on time if I make an appointment months in advance. I should be treated with respect and awareness by the doctor on my state of health. I don't need the bedside manner of a hotel but some common sense would be appreciated.

Overall - everything was explained very well by the doctor and was very personal. The most important thing is that surgery went well and the follow-ups post op were with the doctor and EVERYTHING was explained about recovery. The practice has a nurse you can speak to over the phone from home regarding post-op questions. Big help overall, thanks again to everyone involved.
