My system's alarm was sounding off. I called in on a Sunday, & their tech came right out early Monday morning. He went through the whole system, aerator & all. Turns out, seems my lawn care guy hit the aerator box. No big issue, thankfully. Josh (tech) corrected the problem immediately. He was very professional; in answering all my questions about the system, even advised me on various products to care for system & prolong it's life expectancy. He was patient & knowledgeable. 0 stars! Left my yard destroyed, tiles not straight & sinking in. Busted sprinkler system. Didn't even care to tell me that they did it they just covered it with dirt. When I discovered it, I called to let them know & they said they aren't responsible. For $300 you could leave my yard like you found it and at least told me that you broke my irrigation system. This company was so professional! We were having a funeral reception at our home and needed to have the Septic tank pumped out so the toilets would not back up with all those people coming. They had been backing up for weeks. They were able to come out the very next day and provide their service for an affordable price. Brian and Brandon were the guys that took care of us and they were super nice and professional not to mention very knowledgeable and told us everything we we were doing to cause the problem and everything we could do to prevent future problems. SOS did an excellent job, were courteous, and they even explained to us how our septic system works and where the drain field is (I had no idea)! SOS (Septic Or Sewer) of Palm Bay, Fl were excellent in all phases of their operation and well worth the cost with excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!! 1. They answered their phone with a real person! And at 7:30 AM in the morning! 2. Scheduled a service for that day (as toilets were inoperable due to the septic being full) to have both septic tanks emptied. 3. Pricing was given on that phone call. 4 the crew (Shawn & Jose') were at the house within 30 minutes of our early morning call. 4. Shawn and Jose' went right to work on both tanks uncovering them and opening them for servicing. 5. The sludge needed to be softened in the black tank so they emptied the grey water tank into the black tank and mixed the sludge into black slurry which was then sucked into their tanker truck. 6. One of the toilets in the house was still clogged but this was remedied with Jose' clearing the clogged toilet line from the within the septic tank itself! 7. When the tanks were emptied Shawn & Jose' also inspected the tanks. They checked the walls of the tanks for problems and also the output flow lines for damage. 8. While performing this job they also educated this first time septic owner on the Do's and Don'ts of a septic tank. From what not to flush down the toilet and what not to grind up in the disposal. Also to look to have the septic emptied ever 3-4 years with a normal family use. From facing that dreaded "OH NO!" To being fully satisfied (in more ways then one LOL), SOS did the complete job with quick and expert service in a very professional and caring manner read more

After searching for our problem on the web (soapy water backing up in our tub when washer was draining) , I found that it was probably do to a septic system issue. It had been about 15 years since we last had our septic pumped, so knew it was time. SOS had good reviews, so we called them. We had a problem the end of May where sewage backed up into both bathtubs when we flushed one of our toilets. I called SOS and stated that we needed our septic pumped out and they sent two techs out within a couple of days. The techs came out, removed the lid from the septic and the cleanout and said they just thought we had a clog. They pushed a green water hose into the cleanout which "removed the clog?". They only pumped the tank out by a foot or two and removed the "T" on the intake side after they asked my husband if they could. For this they charged us $210.00. Now, just over 3 months later the septic is full and we are having toilet problems once again. Since SOS told us it was just a clog I assumed me most have another one so I called Sun Pluming who came out and ran a snake. They determined that the septic is full, but only charged me $95.00 for their diagnostic. Why, WHY when they already had the lid off the septic did SOS not pump the ENTIRE tank out as that is why I called them in the first place. Sun Plumbing has referred me to ASAP Septic and that is who my next call was to. read more
