I brought my car in to get my passenger door glass replaced (2015 Subaru BRZ). Soon after, I had issues with the glass not rolling down fast enough when the door was opened and the glass would hit/catch my car chassis (its a frame less wndow)window. I took it back in to the south Houston location where this work was done. They told me since it wasn't an issue with the glass itself, they couldn't do anything about it and to take it to the dealership. Dealership found that the regulator assembly had missing and loose fasteners as well as a missing vapor barrier. The fasteners missing and being loose compromised the regulator assembly which would amount to a $754.90 repair cost. The missing/loose elements leads me (and the dealership) to believe poor workmanship is the cause of the window issue. I called customer service but was told that since the issue isn't with the window itself, they will not do anything about it. I held out in ordering the parts until i spoke to this business and see if they would compensate me but that does not seem to be the case. So I'm out of pocket almost $800 due to the work that was done by this business.

Huge scratch on drivers side

I honestly do not know where to begin. I had to replace the whole windshield on Sunday and found this place open and had one more left in stock for my vehicle. I've had many friends have this done within 20 minutes. Unfortunately it took about an hour to replace. At the end of the day, they were open on a Sunday so I mean.... an hour still is not bad. My main issue is with the installation itself. Unfortunately due to the 24 hour tape policy I did not get to inspect the car when I left. Fast forward to 24 hours later, as I removed the tape there was a huge scratch on the drivers side and even more on the top of the passengers side. This is unacceptable, and for them to know they damaged my car and said absolutely nothing about it tells me everything! Where's the integrity? This is just a bummer. I was literally going to write a well deserved 5 star rating and review, but this........ I'm so sad.

Fixed my driver side window. Great work! Thanks Atlas!

My driver side window was not responding, just open a bit. Iconsider myself a handy guy, so I took off the door panel and tried to tinker with it but it was no use. I had to have a garbage bag taped over it while I called around to see who could fix it... for a good price. I decided to go with Atlas. Not only did they know what they were doing, they knew what I had done! They even asked me, "Did you try to fix this?" Haha yes, I did. They said it was no problem and could have me out as soon as possible. I was on my way in 30 minutes and was charged a really fair price. It might seem like a small job, but they really impressed me. (I posted a picture of my window) Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time looking around. Just go straight to Atlas! I wish somebody told me that before.

I waited 3 hours to have my rear quarter window replaced, which cost $325. Not a place I would recommend.

I recently needed a windshield replacement for my 2015 Nissan Rogue after a rock chip quickly…read morespread into a crack well over six inches long. The crack continued growing throughout the day, making replacement unavoidable. I shopped around and received quotes from several companies: +Pulidos Auto Glass: $427.59 +Apple Glass Company: $429.93 +Safelite AutoGlass: $496.54 I ultimately chose Pulidos Auto Glass, and I'm glad I did. They were able to install my new windshield the very next day at the best price. Before scheduling, I asked John Pulido a long list of questions about the windshield manufacturer, DOT certification, acoustic glass, molding, warranty, mobile service, and installation details. Instead of giving vague answers, he answered everything directly and professionally. He even checked my VIN before discussing specifications and confirmed my Rogue required an acoustic windshield. John explained that the replacement glass could come from manufacturers such as Pilkington, PGW, Fuyao, or AGC. After verifying my vehicle, he confirmed he would be installing a Pilkington acoustic windshield, which I was very happy to hear. The installation was performed at my home, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and John actually arrived slightly early. The installation moved quickly and efficiently, and by 12:37 PM he was already calling me to let me know the work was completed. The new windshield included: +Pilkington acoustic glass +DOT-certified construction +Solar band +New molding +Mobile installation +Labor warranty John took care to protect the vehicle's interior and dashboard during the installation and cleaned up everything afterward. There was no mess left behind. He also explained the curing process clearly, including leaving the tape on the windshield for 24 hours before removing it. Most importantly, the finished product has been excellent. There have been no leaks, rattles, wind noise, or any other issues since the replacement. Overall, Pulidos Auto Glass delivered exactly what I was looking for: quality glass, knowledgeable service, mobile convenience, excellent communication, and a fair price. I saved money compared to both Apple Glass and Safelite while receiving a high-quality Pilkington acoustic windshield installed at my home. If you need a windshield replacement in Houston, I would absolutely recommend John Pulido and Pulidos Auto Glass.

John was fantastic. He responded quickly when I requested a quote and came out to my apartment to…read morereplace my cracked windshield. The whole job was done quickly and efficiently, and his price was noticeably better than other quotes I got. He also paid attention to the details, like carefully transferring all of my stickers to the new windshield, which really showed he cares about his work. My windshield looks brand new again and I'd definitely use him again... hopefully I won't need to!

I have no doubt this business, Ryan Automotive, has done good work on people's vehicles in the…read morepast. Judging from the reviews, most people seem satisfied with services rendered. However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.
