I was told I would receive a second key fob, but that promise has yet to be fulfilled. I also put $3,000 down on the vehicle, yet the dealership couldn't even provide a full tank of gas. I left the lot with the gas tank barely above "E." I was reassured they would take care of it later, but after calling multiple times to schedule an appointment, I've continued to get the runaround. As a side note, purchasing the warranty insurance did not feel worthwhile in my experience. You can cancel, don't be fooled. Overall, the customer service after the sale has been frustrating and disappointing.

From the beginning, we were told the car had undergone a 10-point inspection and that a few dings on the side would be repaired. Within just a couple of weeks, multiple warning lights appeared--including low tire pressure, worn-out windshield wipers, low windshield washer fluid, an overdue service notice (-139 days), and a "check forward safety" light. I made four separate trips--each over an hour away from home--to have these issues addressed, and only a few were resolved. Today 3/6/2026, when I returned to have the safety light checked, I discovered the hood latch was completely missing. At that point, I was done. I spoke with the finance manager, Chris, to ask whether I could receive a refund or exchange the vehicle. He told me they do not do swaps, only trades. I selected another car priced exactly the same--smaller, even--and was then told it would be treated as a trade, costing an additional $3,000-$4,000. Absolutely unacceptable. The dealership took no accountability for selling us a faulty vehicle, and I am deeply disappointed and hurt by how we were treated. Their focus seems to be on profit, not customers. Please do not waste your time at this dealership. They know the situation is wrong, yet all they agreed to do was replace the hood latch. gave me a half tank of gas, washed the truck, and then told me to go to a Hyundai dealer for the safety light diagnosis--which would cost me another $200. They would not give me anything towards it. SMH Please note: This is NOT a one time incident. There were several dissatisfied customers there today. They have many years of experience and it definitely shows with how they adapted to today's average consumer. They showed me the car and let me take it for a pre-purchase inspection and test drive. At no point was there any pressure to make a purchase. After I decided to buy the car, the purchase experience was straightforward. They wouldn't move much on the price, but the car was priced at market value, so that is understandable. The car I purchased from Momentum Motorcars had a broken stereo/nav system. At the time of purchase the dealer promised they would get it fixed (verbally and in writing). It took two trips of a technician out to my job and one trip to the dealer to fix, but true to their word, it was fixed at no extra cost to me. Overall I would buy a car from them again.

Also I received a few pictures. Car is beautiful don't get me wrong but all 4 tires had BELTS/WIRES showing on them. If I made the trip to drive and look at it, there is no way I could have made it home. I had it enclosed from Georgia to Nebraska. As everyone knows, these tires are not cheap as I am now up to $3k out of pocket to get this solved! They reimbursed me for $1200 which is completely not fair. They simply will ghost you and pray they don't get a bad review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! CHECK GOOGLE REVIEW TO SEE PICTURES!!!
