    Stranded on I-75
    April A.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! I am reaching out to share my experience with Autonomous Kennesaw, a car dealership located in Kennesaw, Georgia. I recently became the victim of fraudulent and deceptive sales practices involving the use of my digital signature without consent and the sale of a vehicle that quickly became unsafe and inoperable. Within 24 hours of purchase, the vehicle shut down completely, locking me out. I later discovered that the manual key provided with the vehicle did not even belong to it. Over the next several days, I incurred multiple expenses -- locksmith service, diagnostics, towing, and key replacement -- totaling hundreds of dollars. An Infiniti dealership ultimately determined that the car requires $8,617.59 in repairs and that the vehicle has suffered water damage. The car came from Cape Coral, FL. Even more troubling, when a Cobb County Sheriff's officer attempted to contact the dealership using the phone number on the contract, it was found that the number did not belong to the dealership or anyone associated with it. I have filed a fraud report (Case #25-10256) with the Cobb County Sheriff's Department, and I am now seeking accountability and a refund through my attorney. I am sharing my story to raise awareness and help protect other consumers from similar experiences. FYI - the finance guy placed my signature on an extended warranty AND GAP Insurance, neither of which was mentioned to me!! I THOUGHT I was paying $18K but when I got my loan information, my balance was over $22K. AND the vehicle is INOPERABLE within a day of purchase!!!!!

I made a huge mistake when I entered Gravity Marietta dealership Dec. 5th 2025. Jabori, in the high desk/ Finance area of Gravity, sold me a $34,000 2021 Ranger Rover then upcharged me so much the total became 45,000 (unbeknownst to me, found out 1 month later). I was told the warranty was 1800.00 but later found i was charged 6500.00. I was told to drive the vehicle home on a loaner type paper & told they would bring the contract to my home the next day. I waited all day! They never came. After 3 days of waiting for my contract, I went to the dealership to sign it myself then I was told the contract would be emailed to me. It wasn't! I received the payment slip from the financial company (Wells Fargo) in Jan. 2026 showing i owe 45,500 when the original car price was 34,000. Next i found out my name was placed on the Contract without me seeing or signing (Fraud)! I contacted the FTC, now BBB, because this shouldn't have happened. They forged my name on a contract! Cameras are all around that dealership right? Pull the cameras and check my receipts. I recorded audio also. I asked them to resend the contract but AL argued and tried to make me say, i signed(I, CT did not) the obviously digital stamped contract ,i finally got a copy of in Feb 2026 from someone at the dealership who knew what they did to me and felt sorry for me. lol this is literally a reality TV show type situation, its unbelievable guys. Because im a woman they pulled all types of fugazi. I literally cried and told Jabori, how could you do this, do you not have a mother? After they thought they made the sale, Jabori was stone faced and did not care, would not speak and I didn't understand why his whole vibe changed just 3 days after the fake sale, then but now I understand, they had bamboozled me. Wells Fargo fraud department and I are taking care of business to rectify the fraud. Im now working with the police on this matter also. I want to warn others of the fraudulent activities which I encountered at Gravity Autos Marietta. Go at your own risk. YouTube video coming soon, after police give me permission, showing receipts and audio.

During a stressful car, buying process, Faryal made it a much more positive experience than I had found at other dealerships. She was able to balance, maintaining a professional, yet warm and comfortable approach in our interactions. They let me bring the car to my mechanic for a pre-buy inspection, and there were no surprises. They were willing to negotiate with me on price and I drove away with my new car feeling satisfied.

Professional letter from my technician to Marietta Auto Sales.

Pretty good cars and majority have great mileage. The inside I have noticed are in prestige condition for used cars.

I would strongly recommend steering clear of this dealership. They tack on an excessive amount of…read moremark-up and try to squeeze as much money as possible out of you right from the start. One of the biggest issues is that they force you to pay for "Grand Care," which costs $3,262.41. The problem is you don't really know what that even includes -- they can describe it however they want, and you're basically expected to accept it without any clear breakdown. On top of that, their documentation fee is $999, which is extremely unreasonable. The average doc fee in Georgia normally ranges from about $599 to $699, so they're charging well above what's typical. Then when it comes to your trade-in, they go out of their way to undervalue your vehicle. They even use the excuse, "Well, since we're not a major dealership, we have to recoup somehow," as if that justifies shortchanging you. The warning signs were there from the start. When I walked in, I saw a woman who was visibly upset saying, "You all like to play mind games," before she declined to buy a car. I honestly should have taken that as a sign and left right then. The entire experience felt unprofessional, almost like doing business behind a fast-food restaurant instead of an actual dealership. Every time I said something, the salesman would disappear into the back, return with paperwork, and the information would be completely wrong. Once we finally agreed on a number, I thought the deal was set -- but even then, the actual numbers were off by a huge amount. To be fair, the salesman wasn't rude, but that still doesn't make up for how they operate. If you decide to go there, just know that even if you negotiate what seems like a decent deal, they will find a way to justify why you won't actually get the best price. By the time they add all their fees and mark-ups, you're already $4,000 to $6,000 in the hole before they even start processing the paperwork.

Well the process was very long and exhausting. I was glad it was over. I was pleased with the car…read morebut the one thing I didn't like was they didn't fill the gas tank it's kind of weird to buy a new car and then have to go to the gas station and car wash right after. they didn't even detail the car. It's like they rinse the car off .I was there for 3 1/2 hours and I feel like if you're gonna sell a car or trying to sell a car you will present the product the best way you can to make the person feel good about a large purchase.

Shout out to Cameron for being such a nice guy to deal with! I saw a BMW 5 series on AutoTrader and…read moretext back and forth with him a few times before coming to visit. I wasn't blown away by the BMW, it was super clean and in great condition, it was just kind of bland looking to me. Cameron was really sweet though, he sat patiently in the backseat while my husband and I drove for quite a while trying to decide if we wanted it. Turns out that Cameron is quite the BMW expert, he knew things I didn't even know after owning 2 of them for years! After expertly parking the BMW I spotted the sportiest looking Jaguar across the lot. While we are not big Jag fans I was rather fond of this one. God bless 'em, this time Cameron had a front row seat to some spirited curve-hugging, redlining, female test driving! But he never complained or showed any fear :) Guess what??!! He's just as knowledgeable about the Brits as he is with the Germans! Unfortunately we had to purchase elsewhere, even though the selection is fantastic here (and the cars super clean and in great shape) they just didn't have what I was looking for. My husband, however, is planning to upgrade his ride in the next few months so I have no doubt we'll start our search here. **Particularly since there is no haggling, no pressure and none of the badgering that is all too common at other car lots by many, many other salespeople** Clean, nice cars and wide selection. Good prices. Awesome sales dept, knowledgeable and courteous. No haggling. We'll be back :-)
