While the sales representative, Detric & Jimmy were very patient and throughout the buying process, there were several disappointing issues afterward. I was told I would receive a second key fob, but that promise has yet to be fulfilled. I also put $3,000 down on the vehicle, yet the dealership couldn't even provide a full tank of gas. I left the lot with the gas tank barely above "E." I was reassured they would take care of it later, but after calling multiple times to schedule an appointment, I've continued to get the runaround. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. My daughter saved up her own money to purchase a vehicle and found a 2023 Hyundai Tucson at Marietta Auto Sales. From the beginning, we were told the car had undergone a 10-point inspection and that a few dings on the side would be repaired. Within just a couple of weeks, multiple warning lights appeared--including low tire pressure, worn-out windshield wipers, low windshield washer fluid, an overdue service notice (-139 days), and a "check forward safety" light. I made four separate trips--each over an hour away from home--to have these issues addressed, and only a few were resolved. Today 3/6/2026, when I returned to have the safety light checked, I discovered the hood latch was completely missing. At that point, I was done. I spoke with the finance manager, Chris, to ask whether I could receive a refund or exchange the vehicle. He told me they do not do swaps, only trades. I selected another car priced exactly the same--smaller, even--and was then told it would be treated as a trade, costing an additional $3,000-$4,000. Absolutely unacceptable. The dealership took no accountability for selling us a faulty vehicle, and I am deeply disappointed and hurt by how we were treated. Their focus seems to be on profit, not customers. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I am reaching out to share my experience with Autonomous Kennesaw, a car dealership located in Kennesaw, Georgia. I recently became the victim of fraudulent and deceptive sales practices involving the use of my digital signature without consent and the sale of a vehicle that quickly became unsafe and inoperable. Within 24 hours of purchase, the vehicle shut down completely, locking me out. I later discovered that the manual key provided with the vehicle did not even belong to it. Over the next several days, I incurred multiple expenses -- locksmith service, diagnostics, towing, and key replacement -- totaling hundreds of dollars. An Infiniti dealership ultimately determined that the car requires $8,617.59 in repairs and that the vehicle has suffered water damage. The car came from Cape Coral, FL. Even more troubling, when a Cobb County Sheriff's officer attempted to contact the dealership using the phone number on the contract, it was found that the number did not belong to the dealership or anyone associated with it. I have filed a fraud report (Case #25-10256) with the Cobb County Sheriff's Department, and I am now seeking accountability and a refund through my attorney. I am sharing my story to raise awareness and help protect other consumers from similar experiences. I made a huge mistake when I entered Gravity Marietta dealership Dec. 5th 2025. Jabori, in the high desk/ Finance area of Gravity, sold me a $34,000 2021 Ranger Rover then upcharged me so much the total became 45,000 (unbeknownst to me, found out 1 month later). I was told the warranty was 1800.00 but later found i was charged 6500.00. I was told to drive the vehicle home on a loaner type paper & told they would bring the contract to my home the next day. I waited all day! They never came. After 3 days of waiting for my contract, I went to the dealership to sign it myself then I was told the contract would be emailed to me. It wasn't! I received the payment slip from the financial company (Wells Fargo) in Jan. 2026 showing i owe 45,500 when the original car price was 34,000. Next i found out my name was placed on the Contract without me seeing or signing (Fraud)! I contacted the FTC, now BBB, because this shouldn't have happened. They forged my name on a contract! Cameras are all around that dealership right? Pull the cameras and check my receipts. I recorded audio also. I asked them to resend the contract but AL argued and tried to make me say, i signed(I, CT did not) the obviously digital stamped contract ,i finally got a copy of in Feb 2026 from someone at the dealership who knew what they did to me and felt sorry for me. lol this is literally a reality TV show type situation, its unbelievable guys. Because im a woman they pulled all types of fugazi. I literally cried and told Jabori, how could you do this, do you not have a mother? My experience with Marietta Auto Sales was beyond disappointing. I spoke to their outsourced sales reps, Luke and Elena, specifically about a Subaru Crosstrek. They assured me over and over that the car was at their Marietta location and insisted it would be ready when I arrived. I made it clear that I didn't want to waste my time driving there unless they were 100% certain the car was there. They repeatedly said, "Don't worry, it'll be here." I trusted them and made the trip, only to find out the car was never at Marietta--it was at their Kennesaw location. I felt scammed and misled. It was obvious they wanted me to drive out so they could pressure me into considering other vehicles or talk to a salesperson who could upsell me. Not only did they waste my time, but their misleading tactics show a complete lack of respect for customers. It's infuriating that this level of dishonesty is being employed just to lure potential buyers in. Beware of credit hits. That said... Not really sure about this place. They have some really nice cars and seemingly professional staff, but there is something sketch about this dealership. I went to look at a $40K car, took a test drive, then set up an offsite vehicle inspection. I spent $200 to have the car thoroughly inspected (the place specialized in the marque) and checked diagnostics, fault codes and literally tested every function on the vehicle. Ultimately the vehicle needed about $6K-$8K in repairs, but most were luxury items like heated mirrors and seat inflators. There were a couple more potential serious issues, as well. So I dropped the car back off at the dealer, and of course had to stop and put gas in it since it was running on empty. Seems to be the status quo. Visit 3 was my effort to negotiate and buy the car, which I really liked. But it turned out to be a shell game. i was already approved for the purchase by my credit union, but of course the dealer wanted to see if they could get a better rate. Reluctantly I agreed and should not have - they hit 4+ hard inquiries on my credit report and to this day I am still getting letters from various lenders about the inquiries. My credit union offered far better rates than MAS could proffer. As I was sitting there I saw the inquiries hitting via phone notifications and went to the Finance guy to see what was up. He talked a circle around it, not sure he knew what he was doing or cared. Luckily I have almost perfect credit so it wasn't a major issue but be careful about letting them run your credit. Hard inquiries are not good. End of story - we were about $4000 apart on price, so I told them to knock off the (worthless) protection plan. So we were about $2500 apart and I asked them to knock off the Dealer Fee or whatever that was for ~$1,100. At that point I think we could have made a deal, especially since the car needed some repairs. But they played a shell game with me, trying to get me to extend the term of my loan, pointing out the equity I would have in the car when I decide to sell, etc etc. So I left. I'm glad I walked away. $200 vehicle inspection + $20 gas is probably money well spent not to buy from them. read more

This was by far the worst car buying experience I've had. The cars in their inventory clearly do not undergo any preparation before sale, as evidenced by my purchase. I purchased the vehicle from across the country, and was assured it had undergone inspections and everything worked. The moment it was unloaded from the truck, the issues began. The car would not go into gear (manual). The delivery driver eventually got it to work and after we thought "huh, that was weird but okay" we went our separate ways and the transmission went completely just a few miles later. The delivery driver took a short clip of the vehicle in motion and the dealer has been using that as ammunition against everything I have to say. After a tow to a specialist mechanic, we found out the clutch was completely destroyed. The kind of damage that takes prolonged abuse and heat to produce. There was no way the car had a fully functioning clutch prior to sale. I reached out to Marietta Auto Sales explaining my issues and they weren't having any of it. They refused to take any responsibility and became increasingly difficult to communicate with. I simply wanted to dealer to cover the repairs for selling a car in, quite frankly, a dangerous operating manner as it left me stranded at the side of the road minutes after delivery. Non of this damage was disclosed. The rude personnel absolutely refused to take any responsibility and left me with a $5,000 repair bill. In addition, some of the buttons in the car didn't work but I was willing to let that slide as the clutch was a much bigger deal. Interior was dirty and there was evidence of paintwork repair that wasn't disclosed. RUN, do not walk away from Marietta Auto Sales - they simply don't deserve your business. The car was a good spec, but it wasn't worth the trouble that ensued. They've been incredibly infuriating to deal with. He was told that the check would be mailed for the job. Almost a week later on 2/10/2026 called to see about the payment and got the run around from different people. Called AGAIN and told that the check was mailed out on 2/12/2026 was told it was mailed out the day before and should expect it soon. Still no check. My husband had to go in person on 2/18/2026 to get the check. Everyone acted clueless. The lady in charge said that check had been mailed and canceled they have to send a new one. He refused and said NO I need payment now! She claimed person who signs checks is not there till 3:00 another lie. After back and forth she came out with check that was post dated from original date and was NEVER mailed. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional on their part. My husband purchased a vehicle from this CAR FRAUD SHOP. The day after he pulled the car off the lot, he noticed that he was having trouble shifting the car into gear. He called the salesman the next day and was told that he had to schedule an appointment with the service department. After being given the run-around by Elizabeth (EXTREMELY RUDE), we took the car back. We were NEVER given a call back concerning the repairs, so after many unanswered calls, my husband FINALLY talked to David, the service "manager" who told him, "I gotta see who's gonna pay me." After going almost a week without a call-back, my husband and I took the 2 hour drive back to the dealership to get answers and were completely ignored by the salesman who sold him the vehicle, the finance manager, and 3 sales managers. After about an hour, we were taken back to the 3 sales managers (all of whom passed by us several times while we were in the front lobby) and told that we purchased the vehicle "as is" and there was nothing they could do. We were then escorted to the service building and were told that the car needed a TRANSMISSION and that they won't start on it until the warranty is approved. After being told by one of the lying managers that they would make sure they started the repairs the next day, we left the car with them for another week...no calls, texts, emails...nothing. Finally, I called from my phone {because my husband couldn't get anyone to answer him...number obviously blocked} and told Sheldon that we were going to have a tow truck pick the car up. His response was, "The warranty people are coming out in a couple of day." They had not even thought about starting any repairs, and the car would probably have sat there for months had we not had it towed to another service shop. I bought my range rover 6 months ago. Now for the 3rd time my low coolant light is on. Twice already I've spent HOURS (5+) on a Saturday there to have my car "fixed". The last time I went the service guy assured me that he throughly checked my coolant system, as it was the 2nd time in 2 months I was up there.... 2 weeks later my light is back on. Not only that I get calls and emails non stop from them asking them if I'm interested in the car I already bought. The day I bought my car a family was irate that they had their car a month, and it had then been sitting up there for 3 months waiting to be fixed, costing multiple thousands of dollars. When i was up there two weeks ago another family was in there livid that they bought a car the week before that an actual Lexus dealership had told them needed 30k worth of repairs, AFTER already having it at the service shop within a week to be repaired. I regret buying from them, and should have seen the signs. While inspecting the car we noticed that the front hood struts were not the right size and only allowed the hood to be raised to a limited height - making it a challenge to fully get underneath the hood. We informed the salesperson of this and she stated that she would have the service team order a new set and let us know once they arrived. The very next day the dealership contacted us to advise that they had inadvertently left the tracking device on the car and asked that it be returned immediately. We advised that once the struts were in we would bring the car back in order to have them put on the struts and remove the tracking device. This answer wasn't sufficient for them and they proceeded to contact my son daily, harassing him to return the tracking device. It's important to note that we live over an hour away from the dealership and by the time my son is done with work, the dealership is closed . My son asked if someone could either come to retrieve the device or at least meet him halfway but they were adamant that he had to return to the dealership. He ended up returning to the dealership the following weekend for them to remove the tracking device and inquired about the struts. He was advised that if the promise for new struts was not in writing, they were not required to honor it. This should have been our first indication that this dealership is not committed to providing quality of service or product as referenced in their motto of 'where quality meets affordability'. Within 3 weeks of purchasing the car my son began to have issues and took the car to a mechanic who advised the car needed a new engine. We decided to take the car to the Infiniti dealership for a 2nd opinion/diagnostic which confirmed that the engine was sludged and needed to be replaced at an estimated cost of $22,000 (see picture). While we didn't elect to purchase a warranty from the dealership, we had every intention of doing so but didn't anticipate that there would be issues within a few weeks of purchasing the vehicle. In hopes that Marietta Auto would assist in righting this wrong I contacted the dealership on 12/15/2024 and left a message for the sales manager, Jenkins Dunbar and I also sent a message through their website. After not receiving a return call I called again on 12/16, 12/17, and 12/18 - leaving multiple messages for Jenkins Dunbar and other sales managers. I also sent an emailing asking that the matter be escalated to the owner. Although, I never received a call back from Jenkins Dunbar nor the owner, the sales manager, Netta did contact my son and advised that he could bring the car in for a potential trade-in but it would not be for equal value. We had the car towed to the dealership and met with Netta on 12/21. She advised that their service team had inspected the car and found no sign of sludge in the engine. At this point the car wouldn't accelerate and there was a loud ticking noise from the engine however, they continued to maintain that there was no sludge in the engine and nothing that they could do. To add insult to injury they only offered a trade-in value of $8,000 which is less half of what he purchased the car for. While there we showed the service technician signs of sludge on the engine cap (see picture) and he advised that he could only do what the sales manager instructed him to do which was nothing. We have incurred over $800 in towing costs and another $7,300 for a used engine. To leave a customer in this situation without offering a reasonable solution is a travesty. To not take any accountability whatsoever for selling us a car that was not fit to be on the lot speaks volumes about Marietta Auto Sales business practices and ethics......deplorable. Probably one of the worst dealerships in the state and easily the worst experience I've ever had trying to purchase a vehicle. The folks you message on the website are not local to GA and have no idea what cars are actually on the lot, meaning I was told twice to go to the dealership to test drive a vehicle that was still being reconditioned. After several calls that went straight to voicemail and were never responded to, I was able to put a deposit down on a vehicle that was still undergoing reconditioning. I was lied to about when the vehicle would be ready multiple times, and when they finally said it was ready, I went in to take a look at it. After being offered a trade in value almost 4k less than Carvana, they got me in the car for a test drive, which immediately threw up 4 system warnings about various features not working (lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, etc) and the car had a tire that needed to be replaced as well. So after weeks of lying about when the car would be ready, they called me in to see a car that was still not ready. Despite the condition of the car and the insultingly low trade in offer, the finance manager Frank was insistent I sign the credit app, as the car would be ready "tomorrow". I was told the salesman would follow up with me the next day with an update on the vehicle. Unsurprisingly, the salesman never followed up, and the car was not ready the next day. Naturally, at this point I asked for a refund on my deposit. Multiple calls to the dealership, a voicemail, and a text later, I'm told I have to wait for a manager to call me to get the refund started. However, this manager is conveniently unavailable when I call. I cannot believe a dealership would blatantly lie and steal from their customers, but that seems to be the values at Marietta Auto Sales. Avoid this place like the plague. Also, the sales people sit there and watch you give a 5 star review before letting you sign paperwork. Hence the high rating, but don't let it fool you. UPDATE: Finally got to speak to the extremely rude manager Net Washington, who of course sent me to voicemail until I called again. She told me the deposit was non refundable, which of course was never stated when the deposit was given, nor was it agreed to via any signature on my end. On top of that, she somehow tried to blame me for putting a deposit down despite it being her employees that lied and told me to come pick up my car when it wasn't even ready to be picked up. So although the vehicles were being done in house by Marietta Auto Sale's repair team, it's somehow not the responsibility of their salespeople to know the condition of the car. I was also told that the GSM gave me a call (he didn't) after this review was posted. I will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General's office regarding this blatant scam, and have posted the paper trail of MAS misrepresenting the condition of the car on multiple occasions. Sept 22nd - Told by their online representative the car could be test driven and that I would receive photos (it wasn't ready and I never received photos) Oct 11th - after several calls sent to voicemail, I drive to the dealership to ask when the car is ready. I am told it will be ready Oct 14th Oct 14th - The car is not ready, told it will be ready Oct 16 Oct 16- I get a call from Eric saying I can pick up the car. When I go to pick up the car, it has several warning lights and a flat tire. Oct 17 - I call Eric to follow up despite him promising to follow up with me. Unsurprisingly, the car is still not ready Oct - 17th - I request a refund, which is of course ignored Oct 18th - I speak to Eric, who tells me to speak to his manager Net. Of course, she's ignoring my calls Save yourself the headache folks. Pay any deposits by credit card and screenshot everything so when you inevitably have to contest the fraudulent charges with your credit card company, you can show them exactly what kind of thieves you're dealing with. read more

We purchased a car on Saturday from Juven*. Car is in pretty good shape and I feel like we got a fair price after some negotiating/removal of excess fees. During negotiations on Saturday my husband asked for a car detailing, floor mats to be put in and a full tank of Gas be filled when we returned to pick it up on Tuesday. When he requested to put it iin writing after reading a sign near Juven's desk that said "have everything your seller says put in writing " we were told "Don't worry man, I wouldn't screw you over". Guy seemed nice enough and we are decent people so we went with his word. Welp, we show up to pick it up 2 full days later (ample time to get our request fulfilled) and the tank is empty , there are leaves and spiders webs still hanging from the car (later found tons of coffee stains and silica beads in cup holders etc so clearly wasn't cleaned) and there are no floor mats. He said he couldn't do the floor mats but he tried? It's called Oder some from Amazon prime, which I now have to spend more of my $ on. The leaves and webs we didn't notice till after. And he then says, "how bout I give ya'll a free tank of gas". Well, I would hope since you agreed to it already and how else would we get home? That should be a given. Honestly, the worst part was that he requested a 5* review at the end ... but then I get in the car and the tank STILL isn't even full... so I had to call him outside to show him and convince him to fill it. Literally, anyone else could have sold us this car, nothing impressive there. You get a review based on the unique effort that you put in. The effort was minimal if any by this guy. Moral of the story... there was a reason they had a sign hanging up that said get everything you negotiate in writing. Nice enough guy but Sketch/lazy with his work to say the least. Stay away! I should have recognized the red flags with these guys, but they had the car my daughter wanted for her first car in the perfect color so we took our chances. To start, their communication is absolutely horrendous. I'd receive random text messages from their sales manager at midnight. That in itself is so highly unprofessional. The car was listed for 15k and after putting $1,000 down we still financed over $18k. They are crooks. The worst part is the car burns oil, it's a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan with 65,000 miles. The check engine oil level keeps coming on. They told me the car was a local lease, but then admitted it came from auction. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They have some pretty impressive looking vehicles on their lots, but there's not a doubt in my mind that they sell vehicles knowing they have issues. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. read more

If you are in the market for a used (higher end/ performance) vehicle, go to the competitors nearby where they don't want all of you information to simply "look" at cars that you "might" be interested in. This is the worst dealership on the planet. They are filled with lies and they sell lemons. The cars are NO GOOD my advice is to stay away and keep searching!!! Any good reviews are FAKE trust me. Found a car on the website and made an inquiry. Received a call within literally seconds to come by and see the car. Got the address and headed over. Once I was there, there was confusion of who was going to help me and they said the car was at their other lot, 4 minutes away. (It was more like 10) So once there, I was greeted by a guy who had the car, but said he was about to test drive it with another customer back to the original location. Huh? I mean they called me to come and knew I was coming!! I considered just driving away at that point, but the car looked pretty good, so I went. Test drove it. Everything looked pretty good. Once we got to talking about a purchase I asked if there was any room on the price and the salesman said no. They are fixed price. I said fine. Then let's talk drive off price - he said the advertised price would be $3000 more if I paid cash vs finance with them. Not unusual, but pretty shady the amount of increase, but I said I would consider. Then I was asked how much I was going to put down vs finance, and I said depends on what you tell me the drive away price is. He had it ready to go with tax and had also added a "protection package" of $1900 and an admin fee of over $1700. I said I would like to take off the additional fees and the manager said he would take off the protection package, but not the admin fee - not even a reduction. I have purchased many new and used cars - about 15 total - in my time and there are always fees any dealer tacks on, but $1700 - especially as an independent dealer - where I had agreed to finance with them - is the craziest, shadiest amount I have ever seen. BTW - the car we are talking about with all these crazy high processing fees a was a 2018 Mini Cooper... not some exotic or rare import. Run away from these guys. read more
