I wish I knew about their work when I hired them in 2023. The gutters weren't done right. They nailed through all my incorrectly, and the gutters weren't even balanced. I had them come out to fix it. The day after the work is done. Now 3 years later, one of the screws came loose and the whole gutter system just falling out. Horrible, horrible work. I'm trying to find them now. They're probably out of business because they're not even picking up the phone. I need these guys come out to fix their work. read more

Same experience as Macie M in Roseville. Atlas put new rain gutters on my house a few years ago and all went well then. However, one section pulled away from the roof. After a number of calls to them over several weeks, they finally responded and sent someone to repair it. However, when it rains now, water sheets down between the edge of the roof and the rain gutter in that section. I've left multiple messages and texts over the last month and have sent a photo of the problem, and CRICKETS. Super frustrating. I even texted the person who did the repair work. I can see that he read the text, but also, CRICKETS. No response or acknowledgment at all. I shouldn't have to pay someone else to come out and fix this. Atlas, any chance you could call me back and we could resolve this? read more

I had new gutters put on my house a couple of years ago and was happy with the work and service. I've tried reaching out to have additional work done recently, and I can't get anyone to return any of my inquiries. I've left voicemails, texted, emailed and completed the service request form on their website. I've reached out at least a dozen times over the last month. No response to anything. We had gutters replaced and guards installed by Atlas 2 years ago. After installation, I noticed the gutters were leaking during the rain. Took photos and submitted to them through email. I was told that someone would take a look. 2 months later, I contacted them again to follow up about the leaking gutters. They never came out. Oh well, RTV'd the leaking gutter, no big deal. They also didn't bother correcting the flashing that was went when they ripped the old gutters off. In total, we paid about $10,000 for gutter replacement and guards for 1600sq ft home. Recently had some deck work done and wanted to contact them about getting a 90 attachment, since they did the gutters, just stick with them, right? Nope. Found out my email is blocked tried when I tried to reach out. Weird. So, my wife has been doing the contact. She was hesitant about requesting them because they blocked me about leaking gutters. They did the work, so lets just press with them. She just received a quote for $500 for a 90 attachment. Nope. Just earned yourselves a public review. read more

I had downspouts installed on my rental property. I was pushed back a couple of months. ok with that I recieved a bill from them and paid them by Check and mailed it. They never recieved it. A man then was on the phone with me and told me he would come by my home for the money. I told him I would check with my bank . The reason we went with Atlas, however, was not based upon the price. We chose Scott and Atlas because of his honesty and integrity when working up the bid. Tim visited our home and provided an estimate. We got the proposal/contract the next day once we decided to go with Atlas. After we signed the contract, we were allowed 7 days to walk away in case we changed our mind. Today, Austin and David, the two gutter technicians, did the installation. This company is the best. After dealing with companies pitching ridiculous prices of 4500 for gutter guards for less that 125 ft of gutters I called Atlas building solutions. The sales person came out and didn't try to over sale considering I didn't have a ton of trees. Offered a fair price and the gutters appear to have come out great. They also repaired a section of my gutters due to my new awning being built. They set a date quickly as I was in a crunch due to time constraints with the builders. The first vendor was a well-known provider of gutter guards but wanted THREE TIMES the cost of Atlas Building Solutions, and their product is made from PVC, not aluminum! The second vendor, a small local installer, was selling another manufacturer's product but lacked the resources that Atlas Building Solutions has, being both a manufacturer and installer. Last summer, I contacted Atlas Home Direct regarding rain gutter problems. We were relatively new to our home and during our first winter, found significant gutter leakage and overflow issues. This was true .... even though we had our gutters thoroughly cleaned twice before. I was looking for someone to repair and adjust the gutters in order to address the water problems. I contacted this company ... among others, for quotes ... in part, because Atlas was a local business. Atlas was the fastest to get back with me and schedule an onsite evaluation. I had the good fortune to work with Scott Menefee. Scott spent a significant amount of time assessing my gutters. Several leakage areas were identified ... some due to actual holes / cracks and other related to misalignment issues. I was provided a quote which was competitive. Subsequently, I asked about gutter guards, as I was tired of paying folks twice a year to clean my gutters (I have several trees that generate a lot of debris). Scott gave me a new estimate that included both repair and installation of gutter guards. It turned out to be remarkably competitive and I hired Atlas Home to do the entire job. The work was done in a timely manner with no mess left behind. I waited to write this review to see how my repaired gutters with Valor Gutter Guards held up during this year's rains. Yet another company with poor customer facing capability . Called for a gutter quote and a guy comes to measure. Settle on a price and says someone will call to schedule. Nobody calls. Finally I called them and they act confused saying someone was supposed to call me but they didn't and the other guy was supposed to call me but they didn't in the end when the excuses were done we finally set a date for the work. Day of the work comes and nobody shows up. Finally as the day lingers on I called them and all I get is well my name is on a whiteboard with my name circled and I'm not on the schedule. The boss is in meetings and will get back to me eventually. The assumption is we will have to reschedule. Finally I get a callback and they tell me yes indeed they have a big commercial job and my job has to be slipped. They say they tried to call me but my phone has no record of a call no voicemail no email no junk mail. When the excuses were over I said enough is enough Return my deposit. They did, promptly. These companies need to figure out that it's not good enough to do an OK job, they also need to treat customers like people, not cattle. read more

These guys were Awesome! They put Valor Gutter Guards (from what I read online Valor appears to be the highest quality gutter guards) on my Father-In-Laws house. They were Reasonably priced, On-time and friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Would love to have given them 5 Stars. Instead I'm leaving 1.... I chose this company to repair my gutters and install a couple downspouts because of the reviews. I got a quote and was told they wouldn't be able to do work till a specific date. I told them to pencil me in. Sadly that day came and went. No call no show. I called the office and they hadn't even received the estimate. I talked to the guy and won't blast his name and worked out a date after sort of feeling like I was put on the back burner. That day came and passed with another no call no show. I gave it a few days and asked the guy via text what happened he gave me a misfortunate story about someone having a death in the family. The worker apparently was sent home. No apology or really no interest in doing the job apparently because when I replied with that's unfortunate but that's twice no call no show 1 of these days I took the day off work I received no response. Long story short I wish they would've just told me they were too busy to do the job instead of leading me on for weeks. Strongly don't recommend doing business with a company like this. read more

Atlas installed Valor gutter guards on my large tile roof in one day with an exceptional 3-man crew. They cleaned out my gutters first and repaired many small leaks in my 20-year-old gutters before installing the guards which are a superior product like no other. I obtained three bids and Atlas' estimator was professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. His bid was in the middle of the three. The samples he showed me , however, were like 10 times sturdier and an actual metal product; no plastic, no ribbed screens, just an elegant solution far more advanced than the competition. Installing the guards is not easy, takes time, and angular cuts are done on-site to miter corners. My crew of Ryan, Austin, and Ryan (with the 2-wheel drive truck!) are hard workers, worked well together, made repairs when necessary, and did a beautiful job.
