If you are a Home Seller DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE ON YOUR PROPERTY FOR A "ROOF INSPECTION" or you are going to pay a steep price. This is the definition of the Fox watching the Hen house because of course for a ridiculous price they will perform the repairs. One of two thigs will happen to you with 100% guarantee. #1) You will get an inspection report stating that your roof is in desperate need of repairs or it will leak most likely this winter. (this scares the hell out of buyers) The most common and costly finding is the "Need to clean all valley gutters" scam that these types of profit centers write. This is going to cost you serious money to repair and once an inspection report is issued on a property it becomes legally attached to the property sale moving forward and must be dealt with. #2) The buyer either uses these inflated costs of repairs to demand money back from you or in some cases they are terrified enough with their findings they will completely back out of you sale offer all together. Losing a strong buyer with a good initial offer in the middle escrow has so many costs associated with it. Besides starting over in the process you only have one opportunity to list your house and that initial opening is where money is made. You will never have that opportunity once it is lost. A costly loss. I recommend finding a local roofing company who for a few hundred dollars will simply come out and inspect the roof without pricing the repairs read more

We had a great experience with Loveland roofing. Parts of our roof were torn by the winds last year and our insurance won't renew until it's fixed. I called them and sent someone right away for an estimate. Booking took a little bit longer but they got the job done. I'm extremely satisfied with the work and their pricing. I would like to say they were good, but in the few months that followed, we contacted them reqarding some of the work that was below par. We got no response. So my husband replaced 2 2x6 support boards and siding that both had dry rot. Then some months passed and we were installing permanent Christmas lights and found area that is hard to see but didn't nail the siding back, so again try to make contact. With about 4 to 5 calls and one no show , we finally got them to come take care of it. Project manager said for all we went through and the work my husband had to complete they would give us a gift card to a restaurant or our choice. Once again no response back from Project Manager, Ezequiel, very poor customer communication. And came highly recommended. I have to say I hope they stand by there warranty, I would not recommend them! read more

I sent a reply to the quote they sent and was quite shocked at your price. First, I was told I would get 10% off since they had to reschedule me due to an emergency and that discount was not in the quote. Second, they were $13,000 more than our highest bid from our other 4 bids from reputable companies. Third, I've gotten some bad feedback from residents in our community and how bad of a job they did. And, last, they offer me $50 off when others are offering $500. I'm insulted by them. They will not get the job. They should be ashamed for price gouging and insulting. read more

EDITED AGAIN: Problem was fixed (I guess to be tested in the next rain) AND he readdressed many small spots we pointed out this needed sealing. Upgraded to 4 stars based on that extra time. EDITED 1/9/24: One of the leaks in the gutter is dripping again, less than a week after the repairs were done. Assuming that having a licensed professional with guaranteed work was "worth" this price, I assume it will be fixed. Excellent! For now, I'm changing from 3 stars to 1 star. If it gets fixed and stays fixed, I'll edit it back to 3 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW Positives: He was on time, cleaned up really well. Negatives: Overpriced for what was needed. Just had Loveland install a new roof and gutters on our home and we are very pleased with everyone that we worked with, from the initial inspector, (Noah) crew leader and job coordinator, Ezequiel. They showed up on time, answered my questions, worked a solid 4 days and cleaned up daily. Handled the permit and provided copies of all the paperwork and just did a very professional job. They didn't ask me to write this review like so many companies will do (and I understand that), but I feel they deserved it and so I am taking the time to do so. I got my roof repaired in Feb 2023 for a leak in the garage and everytime it rained I had to call them back to fix the same leak. We recently had a storm this summer and it was leaking again so they came out right away to check it out and they came out back a few days later and fixed it. Before Tovyn left he ran then water hose right over where it had been leaking and we didn't see even one drop of water. They never tried to bill be even after it had been over a year since the first repair. I have been with this company since I moved here 8 years ago. They do stand behind their work. read more

Noted a number of areas of discoloration under the eves of my house = mold. Somewhat new to the area I had no idea who to call. Thanks to a neighbor, who is a realtor, he recommended Loveland Roofing. I called and had an inspection scheduled in 2-days. Tovyn came out, did a complete visual inspection and let me know that the roof ridge and rake were nailed wrong, allowing water to go through the shingle and soak the eve. He followed up with a complete inspection report (with pictures) and estimated cost. The inspection was free and the estimate was reasonable. I signed the contract and approximately 2-months latter, Brian (from Loveland Roofing) was at my door, letting me know he was going to make the repairs. Repairs were done in 7-hours (and 113* heat)! Both Tovyn and Brian were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and courteous. I would wholeheartedly recommend Loveland Roofing for your roofing needs! read more

Absolute worst experience ever. Was looking to have a small area on our 3rd car garage repaired. Matt from co. came out and assessed (i.e. up-sell) our roof repair. He gave us 3 options. One included just the repair we inquired about, another involved moving tiles that slipped down at the front of our house that needed securing with screws vs. nails, and a third option that included the first 2 and our valleys cleaned. We opted for the 3rd option to ensure our roof would continue to be leak free. We were pleased that they were able to schedule the repairs just a few days later. They spent a total of 53 minutes at our residence. The fact that they started/ended the job so quickly for over $1k caused red flags to go up and my husband went to look to make sure the work had been done. Even though we were told pictures of before/after would be forthcoming the invoice came without and evidence of the work being completed. After the one worker left, the area we initially called about hadn't even been touched. Over the course of 2 full days, the original worker came back out, made the repairs but then advised the area we were provided a estimate for by Matt was actually designed that way and didn't require fixing with screws vs. nails. Of course my husband inquired with the worker, who agreed, that the estimate should be adjusted since we were given an estimate for something that ultimately wasn't done. We fought back and forth with Matt about how it could be possible that the estimate would remain the same regardless of whether this other work was done or not. The company ended up providing us a $200 discount, still just shy of $1k to clean our roof and do the repair, what still took less than an hour to complete. I feel like we were gouged on the work and had to fight with them over a 2 day period to be charged for the work that was actually done vs. how the original estimate was verbally explained to us. To add insult to injury, Matt even said the owner was only willing to make a $50 adjustment. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I did provide 2 stars simply because they got to us on the schedule quickly. After that, my husband and I spent a good 2 hour + taken away from our own jobs to deal with this issue. You'd think they would be happy that we were proactive and noticed they didn't make the repairs they invoiced us for on Day 1. It could have turned out much differently if we assumed the repair was done and then ended up having a leak or dryrott or ??? because they didn't do what they supposed to do initially. read more

We had Mike from Loveland Roofing re-roof our house recently and are very satisfied with the job Mike and his crew performed. The timeline was right about what Mike had prompted us on and he was very responsive through the whole process through texts, calls and emails. There was only one very small issue of some nails protruding through our entry way, however I text Mike some pictures and he had his crew remove those nails the next day and use smaller nails. Mike offered to fix and paint the small hole marks, however it was such a small area it was no problem to do myself. Mike pulled permits on our behalf and scheduled the inspectors for us which made the process even more painless. I was slightly concerned reading the review below from Justin (stating left over nails and garbage was found in his yard) since we have multiple dogs, however we did not have that experience, or anything close.
