We went over the rooms I wanted cleaned when he got there, and unlike other servicers, he didn't try to upsell me (which is always nice). It was just myself and him, and there was a lot of furniture I needed moved to get the job done. Boston graciously offered to help me move items (where I think many others would've waited till I did it myself). Overall, the carpets look good (although I think carpet cleaners pretty much all do the same job), and their rates were comparable. Redstone is very reliable, dependable, friendly and honest. Not only to mention that these other reviews have not had work done by him, but are complaining of the fact that his wife works for a property management company that he does jobs for as a vendor that has absolutely nothing to do with his work.. I will also say that Redstone has personally got three bids from other carpet cleaning businesses that their pricing was more than what he charges.
