ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Atlas Carpet came to my house to clean my tile. Instead of cleaning my tile, they scratched and scuffed them causing damage to the point my tile has to be replaced. When I called them back because I didn't immediately notice the damage, the owner gave me a hippy dippy Scooby Doo childish response that he was unwilling to make it right.
