Students can be seen smoking weed, cigars and vaping, and nothing is done about it. Kids frequently make out in bathroom stalls, raising questions about safety and monitoring. The school seriously needs to improve its security and staff oversight, because these problems should not be slipping under the radar.

I asked these questions MULTIPLE TIMES, but Naomi NEVER PROVIDED A CLEAR ANSWER. We paid a significant amount for tutoring and did not want to be assigned a random substitute without knowing beforehand. Naomi confirmed our appointment but FAILED TO COMMUNICATE that the session would be with a different tutor. We arrived expecting Robert and were shocked to find someone else. HOW ARE PARENTS SUPPOSED TO KNOW SOMETHING THAT WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED? Instead of acknowledging her lack of communication, Naomi Joedah blamed us for the misunderstanding. To make things worse, NO ONE INFORMED US that the tutoring hour would still be deducted while we were trying to resolve the issue. We only found out afterward. This entire situation could have been easily avoided if Naomi had simply answered the questions we repeatedly asked. Parents deserve clear communication, transparency, and accountability. At pick up time, she wanted to stay and continue learning. She loved the academics because they made it "so fun to learn" and she loved the creative art activities.
