In person he was very friendly, and while my project required a few additional steps (the fireplace being taken to a specific recycling facility, and paperwork proving its recycled status), Tao was more than willing to accommodate these unique requirements. Atlas Junk Removal was an absolute delight to work with! Tao was very responsive and flexible when I scheduled the appointment via email. We had a new mattress arriving the same day, and he was thoughtful enough to double check that the delivery hadn't been delayed before taking our old one. On top of all that they gladly took some additional items that I'd forgotten to include in my initial list, as well as all the leftover packaging from the new furniture we were setting up! The cost was incredibly reasonable for the amount of stuff they took compared to other companies I've worked with in the past. I can never tell if it's taboo to share what you paid for these types of services (Tao, I can absolutely remove this if you'd prefer), but I personally find it very helpful for budgeting purposes. We paid $440 to remove 2 bed frames w/ mattresses (1 full, 1 Queen), 2 desks, 2 cat trees, 1 large bean bag chair, 1 desktop computer with peripherals, 1 standing mirror, 1 coffee table, and a gigantic pile of trash/recycling we hadn't had the chance to drop in our apartment complex's bins yet. From previous experience I was bracing myself to pay at least $600, so I was very pleasantly surprised when Tao told me the final amount. The team was very friendly and professional, wore masks the entire time (as did we), and even arrived early which worked out great!
