I was thoroughly impressed by the response time and level of communication from the team when I used their services. They were able to offer me a same week appointment and removed my old mattresses and couch quickly for a very fair price. When they were delayed to the appointment due to their previous job and the weather, they called to let me know and were apologetic for the wait. One star off because they scratched my hardwood floor and front door when moving the couch out. This was done by the assistant mover and not the main person I worked with, so I think maybe he was new or just didn't realize the damage done. I didn't bother to follow up on this matter as it's not a huge deal in the long run. But I was disappointed that they were not more careful and didn't use protective gear to prevent property damage as some other companies do (e.g., placing foam protectors around the doors/wall corners). Pro tip: If you are able to place all the items needing moving and put them in the same place, the movers can get it out of there faster and will probably charge less. read more

Ideal Experience! I had an old, sturdily-built but rotted in spots shed that I needed demolished and removed. I had attempted to demo it myself, but after a couple weekends of hard labor dismantling the roof the rainy season started and getting up on a slick roof seemed unwise, so my shed sat half-roof-less all winter. With spring sprangin' I reconsidered this project and realized I just didn't have the capacity to prioritize getting this done. I sent out quote requests through Yelp on Tuesday. Dennis responded minutes later with a flat rate estimate, based on dimensions and photo I had included. He said he could come do the job that Thursday and we set a timeframe for that afternoon. Thursday morning arrived and he called and said another job had canceled so he could come earlier, which worked great for me! He and his partner arrived prompt and prepared. They tore everything down and hauled it all away in about 2 hours! I was amazed because I knew from experience how many nails were in this old thing haha! Bonus was that we got to keep the floor, which with a little clean-up and finishing will make a nice level deck in our sloped yard. I had asked that if it were possible, that'd be great, but knew it was likely to get damaged during demo and that'd be fine. Terrible experience! Even though I was told that there would be a two-hour window, Dennis assured me that he would be at my residence by 2:00 p.m. They didn't show up until 3:15 and were drastically unprepared. They were aware that they would be transporting a heavy older piano but proceeded to not use a dolly and proceeded to drag the piano through the patio opening while grinding on the patio track. At one point they had asked to use my dolly to help transport the piano. Dennis had told me that we would receive a tax receipt from the Renton Goodwill for the donation of the piano. When he picked up the piano he had informed me that his company received the tax write-off and not the customer. His reasoning was that by paying him for the service he was now the owner of the piano. I explained to him that we were paying him for a pickup and delivery service and that he did not have ownership of the piano. Very unhappy! Never again!!! read more
