They responded with a quote very quickly and was able to set an appointment within the next day. I needed assistance removing a washer and dryer. They did their best to help disconnect the washer, but could tell that the water line was still hooked up. They went out of their way to help look for the water main valve to shut off the water to my house. It wasn't an easy task as the shut off valvue was buried so I just had them remove the dryer while I worked on having the washer disconnected properly.
