The executrix also accepted a secret gift of $74,000 from my Mom. Mr. Neary challenged all the provisions in the new will which were detrimental to me financially. He brilliantly smoked out the secret monetary gift to the executrix by having all siblings sign an affidavit attesting they had not received more than $500 in gifts from my Mom in the previous year. The executrix was the only one who would not return the affidavit. This forced her to admit to all siblings that she was responsible for the discrepancy I found in the estate value.
