He was really polite and organized and responsive but I needed someone to flex more muscle sort of speak given that the other side was really tough, pushy and making ridiculous requests which lead to a lot of unnecessary back and forth and which lead to me getting substantial billings. Hiring a lawyer should bring peace of mind and confidence that someone is advocating for your best interests. Sadly, that was not my experience. After firing him, he refused to send me my file unless I paid him a final bill. Once I did, the file was so small that my new attorney was shocked and mentioned that I should sue him once the case was over with. Luckily for him, I didn't.
