If you are coming for either, please note that: - the food court only has three restaurants (and one was not open). The Vietnamese vendor had a lot of yummy offerings. - to my disappointment, there is no separate bakery. However, there are (a very small amount of) bakery items near the cashier of the Vietnamese vendor. There is a lot of variety of items, but at the same time, not the (staple) ones I'm looking for. Unless I was blind (cause that does happen a lot), but I wanted to get the European Style Ovaltine, the Hup Seng cream crackers, the 7D Dried Mangoes, and the Kadoya Hot Sesame Oil. Overall, like I said, there is a lot of variety items and ingredients (their tea isle is pretty impressive). But compared to other Asian supermarkets, this was a let down.

The thing that brought a smile to my face is that they have Schweppes Cream Soda! I can only find this at a Chinese grocery store. Usually, they charge about $3 a can, but here, it's only $1.79! It's one of my favorite sodas that I drank all the time when I visited Hong Kong during summer break. If I lived closer, this would definitely be a regular spot for me.

I did find something similar labeled "Curry," but not quite what I needed. That said, the overall selection was good, and the market itself is easy to shop. The restaurant side looked very inviting as well, though I didn't have time to try it on this visit. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience pleasant. They are all very polite and informative. One thing I do like is they have some cleaning products and pet products hidden way down in the back. It's a very small section and only for emergencies. Everything is priced high. But it's convenient if you're already there and you need something for an emergency. All the grocery items are priced at normal prices for the area. so basically if you want some fresh meats, etc. this is the place to come. The pricing is fabulous. Not sure why they insist on selling months-old fruit even in discount section, it's not a great look - yes, some can save, but at what cost? The vegetable section is good; things are trimmed, usually the leaves are fairly fresh. The noodle section is also excellent, with a variety of dried noodles from various cuisines. The sliced meats are mostly too fatty; need to select for better trims (for example for hot pot). The service and help is still difficult though; the workers aren't particularly helpful so you'll need to go through and find stuff yourself.
