Install was quick and easy. Backsplash was cut from the same piece of granite and looks fantastic. I gave the guys an extra $100 to install the back and sidesplash on my bathroom vanity and they were happy to do it. My one problem was with the undermounted sink they provided. Along with squared edges, the base of the sink is flat so water pools rather than draining. This in turn leads to soap and water stains. I recommend shopping undermount sinks before agreeing to the one they'll provide.

I sent in a plan for a take-off for a 6000 sf house and got minimal assistance. After 1 month of waiting for a quote I gave up. No updates or feedback on the timeframe, I assume that they just hoped I would give up. Seems like a bad business model to me. There are plenty of alternatives I would advise you to avoid these guys and go elsewhere.
