What a great experience. I met Benji who did my initial roof check. He told me what 2 other roofers said. My roof was at its end life. Needed a new one. Out of the other roofers Benji was the most thorough as far as his assessment of my roof which won me over. He even looked in my attic which the other roofers didn't. We had a leak in a small section of our roof and after meeting with a few companies we decided to go with Atlas Roofing and weren't disappointed. First, the estimator they sent out named Alon, was very thorough and upfront. He took detailed videos and pictures indicating where the issues were and he even cleaned our gutters as an act of good faith when he was on the roof. Reroofing can be so stressful but what an amazing experience from beginning to end with Atlas Roofing! We talked to 3 different companies and were impressed when Joshua came out to discuss our project. He brought materials that we could see and explained their process and what makes them stand out. We initially started thinking we wanted architectural shingles but ended up going with flat concrete tiles for a modern look. never heard of a roofing company that leaves a roof unprotected and then the expected rain hits. And then it damages roofing with multiple leaks..and then they wait weeks before they even contact the tenants and after four weeks from the original rain .still waiting for someone to come and explain when the remodeling of the inside of all damaged units will be . Sheet rock is damaged. Furniture was damaged. Tenants were displaced had to totally move out ! . Had to relocate move & move out again with another rain annd andd leaking and then move back in absolutely the worst ever. Try to get a hold of them and they're always in a meeting or will text you later and then or the excuse they forgot. The appointment and they were busy OMG, who licensed these these kind of people anyway they should be out of business!!! all of this from the San Diego office, of course!
