Reviews on Google and yelp are mostly fake due to the fact they preassure the customers to write the reviews. This is what has occured to me and bragging about how many reviews they got this week. I had a filling done in which they were not sure if I needed it. Now my tooth bothers me more than it was originally. They also drill to much and the lady was focus on talking instead of doing the job. I had to go to the office more than once. I ended just going to a different dentist. read more

The most AMAZING experience! Clean space, friendly, caring, and professional staff. Most importantly, my teeth look like dazzling pearls! I am so happy I stumbled on this place. I posted on Facebook that I am looking for a good Dentist. Several people recommend Atlas Smiles. I decided to give it a try. I called in and luckily got an appointment the same week. I was so thrilled because it has been a while since I had a good cleaning. The day of my appointment, I arrived early. My GPS took me right to the location. The plaza is conveniently located right off the 595 and Flamingo. As I entered the dentistry, I was immediately greated by the front desk. She introduced herself as Josephine. She handed me a sanitized iPad so I can fill out the necessary forms. Once completed the other young lady at the front desk gave me a tour of the facility. I was in awe by how clean, organized, and tastefully decorated this place was. They have up-to-date technology and xray devices. Each room has two televisions, one on the wall, and one on the ceiling, and a personal remote that allows you to choose movies, tv shows, anything you desire to watch. Perfect for children! My dental hygenist Esther, took me to the exam room and explained the process to me. She completed my x-ray, with a very simple process and new technology. I did not have to place that uncomfortable metal in my mouth and hold still as they get the right shot. The x-ray took less than 5 min. Easy, some, and fast. She then took me back to the examination room. She started my cleaning. Esther made sure I was comfortable the entire time. When she was complete she handed me a mirror to look at my sparkly whites. It was dazzling! I waited for the Dentist, Dr. Adkins, to check me out. He came in, had a great personality, made a few jokes and told me he was jealous of my teeth. Compliments always makes a woman feel good. I had no issues of concern and he advised to be back in 3 months for cleaning. I left feeling fresh, energetic, and excited to share this dentistry with others. It truly was an amazing experience. It's rare not feeling exhausted and cranky after waiting, and waiting at the doctors office. This office was amazingly efficient, the staff is well trained, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist! read more

I will be back here. No doubt about it, hopefully I can stay with atlas forever, the care I receive from them is always so worth it. Everyone deserves their stars but especially the ones in this space. They really try to remember and know you and make you feel comfortable even if you're in discomfort, and not in a mandatory type of way! You can tell the people here love what they do! I came in unsure what was wrong with my teeth after some pretty crazy prices and information shopping around for services. Not only was everything explained to me until I Actually understood, but I wasn't overwhelmed with information. I ended up needing a root canal that I was terrified of, until my dentist opened his mouth and asked if I could tell what teeth he had root canals on. (I couldn't) I got it done , came back to have it trimmed , very quick easy process for me! Thanks to atlas I feel great! I'm so lucky to have found this place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for help dentistry work or advice!! Beware - last went to this dentist March 2023. Received a bill from this office in April 2024. Billing manager, Didi, claims this bill started accumulating in July 2022 and needed to be paid now, almost 2 years later. Been to the office two times since then and they have not once informed me of the outstanding balance on my account. Even worse, I switched jobs since I went to this dentist so I have a completely different insurance company than the one I originally used, so they couldn't help me. They just want your money here. Also, have your teeth checked by a different dentist. Was told I have multiple cavities, was checked out by a different dentist and they informed me I had no cavities. Two years without cavities - but according to this dentist, I had multiple. Do the math. Protect your wallet & mouth. read more

Can't believe I've found the perfect dentist! The office and staff are absolutely amazing making you feel at home and as comfortable as ever. They address you by name, give you an office tour as a new patient, offer beverages before and after your visit, have the latest up to date technology, and have very knowledgable staff. There is almost little to no wait for each of my appointments. Dr. Adkins explains every detail catered to your visit, answers every question, takes his time during exams and never rushes questioning or cuts you off while speaking. My teeth are in the best hands. The hygienists are very gentle and if your gums are a bit sensitive during cleanings like mine, there are numbing gels or topical liquids available upon request. My visits here are always a vacation and the entire staff treats me like family every time. Book your appointment now! Despite the staff being friendly, the filling I received has given me nothing but issues since I got it. I first received a filling that was placed over a piece of my own tooth imbedded in between my molars. I walked around for 6+ with pain in that area and after having returned 2 separate times for an adjustment on the filling. I was told if that didn't solve the problem I would need it redone. Of course I needed it redone with a different dentist in the office which revealed a piece of my own tooth underneath the filling which they seemingly brushed over as not a problem. Now I still have issues with the new filling and it has always been off and sensitive. It has now started to break apart after only not even 2 years. I have a filling nearly 10 years old that has never given me pain nor degraded. I will now need a third filling done to fix the issue and hopefully no root canal is needed. Unfortunately, I have since moved but even if I was in the area I would not feel comfortable with this practice once again placing a new filling. read more

Atlas Smiles has been my dentist since moving to Miami a year ago. I had them place two tooth gems and everything went well until my gems started falling off 2 days later... mind you they're expected to last 6mo-1yr. At first, I hoped to have them replaced, but after the second one fell off I knew there was no point as they'd likely fall off again (the gems used were cheap, the silver backing of the gem was still intact as well as the cement). I went back and forth with Atlas Smiles trying to get a refund for about 2 months. When I finally was issued my refund, they only gave me $100 for the $140 service. I was told $40 was for the consultation fee and that it had already been paid out to the Dr. so it could not be refunded... make it make sense Stay away. This business does not respect it's customers. read more

I might be the minority here but I actually really enjoy going to the dentist. Being a healthcare provider myself I know the importance of dental health & wellness. Well let me just start off by saying that even if I did hate going to the dentist, the experience at Atlas Smiles definitely would have made me a lover. There's just too many words and phrases I could use to describe my overall experience but I will let you guys be your own judge and come up with your own. The office is impeccable for starters. The amount of technology in this place is just jaw dropping and I actually suffer from TMJ but I will let it burn for a while just to soak in all the awesomeness. The staff are the NICEST people you will ever meet. They welcome you with a smile and call you by your name as soon as you enter the door. Come on! Who freaking does that??? Then I got a grand tour of the office and let me just tell you my mouth never closed. From the ozone filtration, air humidifier, a freaking lunch room area where patients can grab a snack, mini fridge, wifi smart TV on the wall and ceiling. I can go on and on but you have to see it for yourself. The hygienist has to be hands down the most thorough person I ever had work on my teeth. They have a 2D & 3D x-ray and a 3D in-house printer. A VIP room for pre & post pictures. Dr. Adkins is so nice and a straight shooter. No gimmicks or hassles! Reasonably prices too! I only wish I could give a 100 stars because they really deserve it. They were AMAZING! They are so welcoming and make you feel at home. Extremely clean, neat, and organized dental office. Each room has multiple TV's so patients can watch Hulu, Netflix, Disney+ and more. They offered me soft drinks and a little snack along side pillow and blanket. Dr. Atkins was very informative and tells you step by step of what he is about to do. All the staff is extremely nice and walk you through the entire process. Place smells great as soon as you walk in and you are greeted by friendly staff immediately. My first visit was extremely welcoming. I was even given a tour of the office.
