Dr Benedetti and her staff were knowledgeable, attentive and took their time with me, as I was there for an Invisalign consultation. It took about one hour and they were thorough. They don't take HMO dental plans, but most PPO's. Bottom line, $5700, all inclusive for Invisalign. I had gone to another well reviewed and respected orthodontist who accepts my HMO, Guardian Dental, and I'm getting the same service, but my out of pocket is $2700. Had to go in for a Pana exray. My dentist arranged it and I went in before my wisdom extraction. All of the beautiful ladies were pleasant and helpful. Had to fill out a page of medical history. This was a an unexpected visit. The surgeon wanted detailed xrays of the jaw and tooth do to a nerve being very close and normal xrays aren't very detailed. If I need braces I will be back. After competing a Braces / Invisalign course with Dr. Benedetti my take is that she is a phony that is more concerned with photo ops and kissing the butt's of parents in order to make up for the fact that she does little in the way of actual care or patient education. My experience was that she spent way to much time going around kissing a** to where when she finally came to see me she would be there for a minute, maybe two or three if I was lucky. It became one of those things where it was expected and she didn't disappoint, she did it every time, if it were politics she'd be that person picking up babies for photo ops when she knew the press had their cameras on her. Additionally, her prices are way higher that the level of attention provided so I'd say, do yourself a favor and shop around, A LOT....you can do better than Dr. Benedetti. If you want someone to blow smoke up your a** and you want to pay a premium for it then go to her, if you want to pay for her fancy trips / time away from the office, sparkling office, all the time she spends doing everything but working while at work then she is your lady, she'll gladly overcharge you and do a drive by visit with you each time you stop in. However, if you want someone to give you the care and attention you pay for and charge a fair amount then you'll probably want to go someplace else. read more

Just had lower braces removed. Beautiful result. Dr. Benedetti is wonderful. All the staff are respectful and professional. I never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments and they always accommodated my schedule. At 65 I'm probably one of their oldest patients. The office is up to date and has all the equipment to do everything on site. My case wasn't the easiest and they spent a lot of time getting it right. It's 9:00pm on a Friday night, and my daughter breaks her bite plate, amidst the entire COVID saga. After reaching out to the emergency phone line, within minutes I get a text back from Dr. Benedetti's team... 30 minutes later, Dr. Benedetti herself meets us at (9:45 pm!) and face mask gloves, and all, she removes the bite plate and relieves us of what would have been a nightmare of an evening. Been so busy this review is late but last month I was visiting family in the area and and of course the one thing I forgot was my bands. I first went to another nearby orthodontist's office and offered to pay whatever just to get a bag of bands and they stated the orthodontist was out and they couldn't help me (which was fine) but they were very brisk with me like they couldn't be bothered (which I could understand if they were busy but they weren't). Anyway I decided to try one more place and came across Benedetti Orthodontics. Although busy, the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. I couldn't remember the exact stats for my bands and they went out of there way to speak to my orthodontist in CA and get the most similar bands they had to what I have to use which apparently are somewhat rare. Anyway when I offered to pay they responded "No thank you have a great day!" I wish I had gotten their names but I was really impressed and also appreciative. The office was extremely nice and the staff were great! If I still lived in the area I would definitely come to Benedetti Orthodontics just based of my brief encounter. I was born and raised in South Florida. Dr. Tight was our town's orthodontist for years. After Dr. Tight passed away, his family sold his business to this woman. I went one day to get my retainer adjusted but I realized what I truly was looking for was Invisalign. Only in for a consultation, I was charged $150!! The girls at the front would not refund me. Terrible way to treat your clients. Consultations are free!! I had no work done to my retainer nor Invisalign. It's a shame that this family business was sold to this greedy, money hungry business woman when she is making a fortune putting metal in young children's mouths. I would never send my kids here.
