1st Visit - I will be back! - Got many "Smiles" on my way out; - I spent quite a "Handsome" some of money. Selection is truly "Mind Blowing" - They have something for every taste. My Taste is Orange - Thank you Chloe and Christian for taking such incredibly amazing care of me and delivering such a high level of friendly and great service. Everyone in this store is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Visit was so enjoyable and positive - so many colorful items in the store to experiment and trial. A+ - So glad I visited Atlas Stationers; - This was one of the highlights of my recent visit to Chicago. Store is gigantic and spacious - Arrive by Uber or on Foot - You ain't going to have much fortune finding parking. That's OK - Your in a huge City. KO to Art Brown and Fountain Pen Hospital - This is the Alpha and the Omega of Stationary Stores - Cool Customers!

Perfect service and selection. I do not summarize my experience at Atlas in that reductive way for no other reason, but to get to the point quickly. We bought a beautiful new pen (go to that pen counter and have a conversation or watch the YouTube videos they have posted to get some perspective before the visit). There are some lovely small and specialized journals. This is completely worth a visit.

I bought my first Montegrappa pen on a whim, drawn in by the beautiful resin. Because the resin varies quite a bit, the pen I received didn't quite match the website photos. I hesitated to exchange it just for color--but I'm so glad I contacted Atlas. Tony immediately sent a return label and went above and beyond, even swapping the nib size and following up to be sure everything was exactly right. Thanks to him, I now have a pen I love that writes beautifully smoothly. I shop at many pen stores, but after this experience, Atlas Stationers will be my first stop. Exceptional service--thank you, Tony.

I have been journaling for 10 years so was so excited to find out about a stationery shop like this in Chicago! I came for the first time during their Stationery Festival. They have a wide variety of stationery and brands. I bought a TWSBI fountain pen and love it. Their staff are really knowledgeable and eager to help. I had a lovely experience.

Enjoyed my visit very much. Outstanding service with extremely knowledgeable staff. You know you're in the big leagues when the staff are discussing the history of the Pilot vanishing point pen line. The store front, interior, and voluminous products were all equally impressive. Worth a stop anytime you are downtown. I'll be back for sure! Pens and journals of all types and sizes available. The amount of ink and paper options was most impressive.

Ever since I found out I was visiting Chicago, I've wanted to visit Atlas Stationers. I heard about it through a podcast and it just seemed like such a great place to visit, and it was! There's a palpable energy throughout the store, and it's saying something that on a Tuesday morning, there were people waiting outside the store for when they opened. They've got such a great variety of pens, pencils, inks, cases, washi, notebooks, inserts, accessories...it's really a great one-stop shop for all things stationery. They also have a guest book to sign, and I was able to witness a livestream in action, which was pretty cool. Some things to highlight include the wide array of fountain pens available (plus a peak at their fountain pen bracket - yay for the 823!), a well-stocked supply of Galen Leather products (one of my favorites), shelves of washi tape, an entire 2 areas dedicated to Hobonichi, a wall of notebooks, and a pen station in the middle of the store. There's a lot more, but those were the things that caught my eye. They also have an area for Atlas exclusives, but it was empty when I came. I found it odd that they don't have a store stamp - most other stationery shops I've been to have one, and I was looking forward to stamping my notebook, but oh well. They have store stickers, so I got one of those instead! Great service as well - I recommend signing up for their rewards program, too. Definitely worth a visit! Or two, if you're like me, in the same day.

I visited Chicago for the day, from Ohio. The focus of the trip was Atlas Stationers. I follow them on social media and knew I needed to experience the store in person. It did not disappoint. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and engaging. The vibe was relaxed, with fantastic music (I danced while testing pens, lol) and inspired browsing. Never did I feel rushed. I looked at almost every shelf and made hard decisions because there was so much to choose from. When it was time to check out I braced myself for the total and was pleasantly surprised. I got a lot and did not break the bank. I'll be back in Chicago this spring and Atlas Stationers will be one of my first stops.

Since I flew all the way from Atlanta to Chicago in August for the annual sidewalk sale, then I have to give them a 5 star review. It rained the first day of the sale, and they were wonderfully prepared and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Great selection of pens and stationery supplies. I've been buying fountain pens a little shy of two years and I don't think I'll ever write with a standard pen again. They had an ink swap the first day of the sale, and I was able to walk away with a zip loc bag full of ink samples. it was a lot of fun meeting the owners and their mother. Its a family owned business and you leave with the feeling that they are happily moving forward with the family legacy .

My new case and my pens.

This place is fun, educated and supplied. I have visited on two separate trips to Chicago, I will go back every time I am in Chicago from now on and if I can't wait, I will order it from their webstore. Alvin knows his pens.

    Great day at Atlas.

This stationery business is about as friendly as it gets. I'll definitely be buying more online from their website when I get back home.

I came in with a very specific vision for every floral and décor detail, and Casey took that vision and ran with it. If they didn't already have something I was looking for, they went out of their way to source it. They respected our budget and were so patient and collaborative, always making me feel involved in the design process. I truly have one word for the work they did: GORGINA. My jaw completely dropped on our wedding day. Casey and her team went to the moon and back to achieve the exact look and feel we dreamed of. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the love, care, and artistry behind it all were absolutely breathtaking. Worth every penny. I genuinely enjoyed every call and meeting throughout the process. I cannot recommend Flowers for Dreams weddings enough. Seamless process, amazing people, and an overall magical experience!

So, I ordered a plant for my friend's office to celebrate his promotion, thinking it would be a thoughtful and meaningful gift. Instead, he called me laughing and asked what it was supposed to be. Apparently, the "potted plant" was tiny and looked more like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree than a congratulatory gift. Good grief! Not only was it a complete waste of money... quite a bit of money because they are overpriced... but I was absolutely mortified. Thankfully, he understood that my heart was in the right place and never mentioned it again. And, oh! To add insult to injury, it died shortly after! Two thumbs down. Cannot recommend. It's the Temu of flower delivery - order at your own risk!
