The servers were both very good, but nothing like you get at upscale SLC restaurants. These were young adults doing their best, but not the professional waiters you get at elite restaurants. The food was all delicious. My husband's well-done steak was perfectly cooked and still moist. He commented that my steak is just as good and his fries tasted identical to McDonald's. He skipped the fries, but we took them home and our teen who liked them. The focaccia was soft and warm and served with pretty salted butter. The lobster mac and cheese smelled fishy, but tasted good. The sea bass tipped over as the waiter served it, but I didn't mind. It was delicious and perfectly cooked.
