Get: A Snake Plant!…read more Since we've all been spending way more time indoors, I decided to go to Bloom with my mom to get us some plants to freshen our air. When we stepped inside, it was a wonderland of plants! Definitely worth a visit just to take a quick look around. They have plant pots and accessories as well. They also have beautifully colored orchids but knowing my newbie plant skills, I opted for the low maintenance snake plant and :: drum roll please :: it's still alive! I water it every 10-15 days and it just need indirect sunlight. It's name is Plari (named after my dog Nari..Plant Nari - Plari). And he adds a charm to my room . All the workers here are friendly and asked if I needed assistance. (not too pushy). Will definitely be back for any future plant needs.

The reason why I wouldn't recommend this company is the quality of their support is subpar. Many of the plantings died within the first year even though they get watered daily. The trees don't grow, whereas trees we bought from other landscaping companies in the area are already taller than our house. The patio has loose pavers and the low voltage lighting doesn't work everywhere. Some lights work, others don't. When I asked about the lights, they said it's a supplier issue from China, however they've installed other patios in our neighborhood with lights. I guess it's only a supplier issue for warranty issues and not new installs. The issue with the loose pavers however is the reason I'm writing this review. When I called to asked them to come out and take a look, they told me they can't take support calls like this over the phone instead I would need to email them. I don't understand how a company that I paid thousands of dollars to for a patio won't talk to me on the phone. I now have to wait days for a reply via email. Ridiculous Also, they are going to reply to this review asking me to call them and speak to management. That's a waste of time as when I call the person on the phone will say "send us an email". Terrible.

Due to the cancer mass on my fathers throat he has a speech impediment which is disabling his ability to speak fluently. Instead of properly accessing the situation the owner decided to accuse my father of being drunk, attacked him in front of customers, and removed him from the store while he was trying to purchase a grave blanket for his mother who passed away. This is not only disgusting, but not how you treat paying customers. I recommend no one give this store the time of day.
