I try not too leave bad reviews but lord help me this place is a MESS great staff WHEN THEY ARE THERE!!! Hours can vary heavily good luck. I've gone at 10 in the morning not open. Then told it's 10am-10pm and I have come at 9:30pm and of course it's closed. I've gone to this shop mid day only to find a note saying they won't be back for a little bit (mid day being like 3pm). Can yall pull it together on your hours and staff attendance??! You're losing money at this point. I have had to go to other smoke shops because unfortunately yall are unreliable. The business owner over prices all products x's 4. a Geek Bar with tax is $26. The CBD products are all expired. As an employee, I was told I would be paid $10 a hour. I was scheduled to work 97 hours in 2 weeks at 2 different location. I was not paid for the hours I worked. I told him " I do not work for free." He continued to argue the hours I worked. Payroll is done on Tuesdays. This gave opportunity to not pay employees for Monday. There should be accountability for terrible business owners like this one that take advantage of our hard work. I cleaned white gloved cleaned both his stores from bugs, hoarded trash, and sold old inventory. I upsold products and made him good money by selling people a dream that THCA and CBD would help them with their issues. I hope the customers realize that real medical cannabis is the best medicine and talk to their doctors about the risks of addiction. God bless read more

I just want to make the customers aware that the business owner is rude, unprofessional, and has no credentials or credibility that he can float on. Rather than admit that there was a problem with the machine itself, he told the customer that "maybe you don't have money on that card". You really want to shop with a business owner who looks down on you like that? Not to mention that everything is overpriced. There are plenty of other shops nearby that offer way better selections for less if not half the price he is asking for. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Happy new year! read more

Bought a vape today and after 3 hours it died on me. Called to see if they can do anything about it and all they said was sorry. Paid 20 bucks for a 2500 puffs vape and after only about 100 puffs it died. Fake vapes, never going back. read more

Do not come here unless you want to throw away money. They sell faulty products and do not give refunds. If you are wondering if you should shop here this is your sign not too! Literally love this place. I came for the first time yesterday and can honestly say this is the cleanest smoke shop I've ever seen. The staff is so nice and so well educated on all of their products. They even gave me a 10% discount for my first time being there and on top of all of that, THE CBD IS REAL!!
