Called on 9/4/2020 in the evening...he was at our door at 8:30 am on 9/5/2020. Happy, Friendly, Informative, and evening have us some advice on our water heater. He estimated the work would take about 2 hours, he was in and out of our house with the problem fixed in 1 hour and 15 mins!! Sewage was sleeping up our basement drain, he cleared the blockage, and even used a camera free of charge to make sure there weren't any other issues. DEFINITELY RECCOMEND, 5 STARS!! I had a large event at my venue on a holiday weekend when suddenly ALL toilets stopped working!! I called Atomic- they were here on a holiday Saturday night in less than half an hour!! The clog was removed and all was working within 15 minutes. Many guests did not even realize there had been a problem. Atomic has always been a great company for us- we've used them for multiple projects and always have had a great job done. Tonight they really saved me and saved the event that was going on! Beware! We had a leak on our first floor bathroom that leaked into the basement randomly. Our landlord had us call Atomic Plumbing to have them come and investigate. They came out three times to fix the issue which ultimately was not fixed. The plumber they sent didn't listen to my wife (the customer) about what was going on. He did not troubleshoot the problem. He looked at the tub drain and assumed that was the problem since it was an old looking drain. So he proceeds to change the drain. He said he leaked tested it and it was fine. Later we found that it still leaked. After calling they sent the guy out again. Now he was more "concerned" about the leak. He decided to caulk the spout said he leaked checked it and called it a day. Later we found it still leaked Round three he came back we had a leak in another bathroom and he fixed that. He tightened a plate in the tub said it was his mistake. He "threw" around water as a leak test or so he said and Called it a day. Still leaks. Called the place a fourth time they said the plumber "Just couldnt understand why it was leaking as it didn't when he was there" we found the problem already and I proceeded to explain exactly where it was coming from. The plate behind the faucet handle had a gap. The plumber called a week later and said he would be in the area and he will try and stop by. No call, no show! Called atomic plumbing a week later to find out why he hasn't stopped by or they haven't called and why he called and said he would come and didn't call or show up. They said they needed to call the plumber and get his take on it. They haven't called back, its been a week. We fixed it ourselves. They also over charged our landlord the invoice says he had been here 1.5 hours, two hours, and two hours. He was here an hour the first day and a total of an hour the last two visits! Same plumber 3 times! Several hundred dollar bill and still couldn't fix what we did in five minutes. Didn't even call us back! Don't waste your time or money! read more

Don't hire these guys! Incompetent and dishonest. Among other things, the worker was asked to clear a drain that was running slowly. He said he found hair but obviously did not take off the pop-up to look for more clog. I know because drain was still slow and he refused to come back and make it right. I myself took off pop-up and removed hair plug with a pair of pliers. I know it was there when i bought the house two months ago and did NOT appear after he was here because it was long brown hair like the previous owner's and not very short blonde like mine. Then instead of telling me that the aerator on this lav's faucet was plugged with hard-water scale, so that i could replace it myself--an easy homeowner job--he put in a $9 one and charged for his labor. Lastly, i asked him to adjust the pop-up higher on the downstairs lav, which is easy to do (i know because i just did it myself upstairs.). He instead put in a taller one that cost a price-gouging $47 without asking or telling me. I found out all these things when i got the bill. Avoid this business! read more
