I got a tattoo inbetween my shoulder blades back in 2022, and it was my first experience ever. The tattoo and process both are amazing, and the place had such a safe and comfortable environment. My tattoo artist Will was very considerate, easy to work with, and overall a wonderful artist. He even fixed the uneven line from the reference photo with no extra cost! I was in there about three weeks ago to get a tattoo from Lance. It was a last minute decision but it was worth it. It came out beautifully. My father has passed just a few days before and a tattoo seemed a good way to process the loss. I wasn't impressed with the "customer service" though. It seemed like an inconvenience for them to schedule an appointment. They treated me like they were retail workers just earning a paycheck instead of proudly being an artist. But even though I didn't feel welcome, I felt Lance would do the job well. And he did!! I love my tattoo. I have 10 now and this new one is probably the prettiest with clean lines and amazing shading. It's my only black and white tattoo and now I want more black/white art on my body. I'm going to be back at the end of May with my best friend from California for my 30th high school reunion. She wants to get a tattoo with me there. I'm a little hesitant because I didn't feel welcome BUT I think Lance is very talented. He's not great at customer service but I might be able to look past that like I did last time. I have seen their work and it is phenomenal. I went there to get a tattoo of "We the People" on my forearm. They refused stating that it is racist to say that because it refers to slavery. I reminded them that "We the People" are the first three words in our Constitution. They then told me the Constitution is racist because it endorses slavery and none of the tattoo shops will do your tattoo because it's racist." So if you want a tattoo with any words of the Constitution in it you will not get your wish as it has been deemed racist to do so. But, if they approve, you can get any other tattoo you want and it will be phenomenal! read more

Don't go here. They use the shittiest ink.. and don't go to Destiny. She doesn't have proper training and she was fired from Pins & Needles because she gave somebody an infection. I got a tattoo here and it literally fell off my arm. It healed like crap. I have multiple tattoos and none of them look like this. My husband also got a very simple tattoo.. (a circle) and it looks lopsided. It looked great when I left the shop but it's THICK now. Btw, I don't think the piercer is certified. Lol. Definitely informing the health department read more

I made an appt for my mother in law, husband, our friend, and myself for the same day at 2:00 when they first opened. Get there the owner was only one there. We didn't start until 2:30 and he started on mine but still no one to start on everyone else. The girl finally showed up late and took her break immediately so didn't start on my husbands until like 5 because their stencil machine broke and she had to go out to get a new one or something like that. Then two girls showed up for their piercing appt while she was gone and she did them first when she got back even though we'd been waiting. They waaay overcharged my husband for his small band. It was basically just as much for my two good size roses the guy did. We didn't leave until after they were supposed to close at 11 pm! We hadn't eaten anything all day because we'd been there so long. The whole time the guy was doing my tattoo he kept stopping to text someone and started telling me he was talking to a lady he was trying to buy a shop from and she backed out and he was furious basically saying he would throw a brick through her shop window and said he would run her over. I was extremely uncomfortable because of course I couldn't just leave. And the guy did the piercing I wanted to do and I have a very high pain tolerance and I about cried because he pinched me with the tong things and he didn't realize how hard he'd have to push the taper. It was horrendous and they charged $100 for my MIL small ear tattoo. After the guy did all my stuff he left because he said he was too upset to do anyone else so he left just her to do my MIL and our friend. And at that point she kept taking a break every 15 minutes I kid you not and we were all just ready to go home. Our friend and MIL had to fly home the next day early and it was just the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen read more

Will was awesome with my daughter. She brought him a very minimalistic sketch (which is what she wanted). She told him he could change it however he needed, and he told her no.
