It is clear that Tara is an expert with extensions (dreamcatcher extension certified to be specific, but I know she does others as well!). I read a review here about "DreamCatchers" being around the shop, but I believe what that person was seeing were the kits that DreamCatcher hair extension certified stylists have, not a product/item that is for sale. There are so many cute items from shirts and hats to snacks and accessories that are for sale though! I love the fact the items for sale are from local businesses and affordable. I really look forward to being a repeat client!

I got my nose & tragus pierced & luckily I was able to get my nose piercing changed out to a better type of jewelry & it is healing..my tragus...not so much. It's been 3 months & I finally decided to have it removed, it was not centered & it was pierced/placed too deep so it was constantly irritated & has a huge bump on the inside of my tragus & a small one on the outside. I went to two different tattoo shops in Florida on vacation for a 2nd & 3rd opinion & both said the same thing..so now onto my healing journey & to get it redone elsewhere.

I went in to ask about it and in fact 2 people told me they were. I paid for my $20 tattoos and while i was waiting a woman came to the front and told us there were no deals going on. we had informed her that we already paid and if they were not going to honor their facebook post we just wanted a refund and we would be on our way. well when we said that she told us "we don't do refunds" so i just gave you $40 for a tattoo that apparently i can't get because "y'all aren't doing specials tonight" when in fact i was told in detail upon walking in that they were well when i demanded that she give me my money back she threatened to call the police and told me to "get out of her store" i just think that all of the workers at trendsetters bossier city should be on the same page about when they are and are not doing specials. customer service was terrible ESPECIALLY from their main piercer i believe her name was sunny. over all not a very pleasant experience to be sitting in a tattoo shop for 2+ hours and walking out with nothing and almost with less than i walked in with. if anyone is looking to get a tattoo or piercing i HIGHLY recommend not going to trendsetters bossier city unless you just want to walk out in a bad mood and with a bad tattoo. after writing all of this on a facebook post and tagging them they then proceeded to instead of handing the situation and asking what they could do to improve their service and/ or firing sunny A. they BLOCKED me on facebook because they could not handle the harsh truth i was saying about how badly they are running their store. trendsetters bossier honestly needs to do so much better! i would honestly give ZERO stars if i could!!! do NOT go here!!!
