I requested to speak with someone above her; she took my name and number and made a call but never returned to address the issue. The lack of accountability and customer service was unacceptable. The chicken wings were a bit overcooked as they were dark brown and some overly crunchy. The flavor was good, seasoned well, but the portion size was very small. Anywhere you get chicken from here where I am is 2-3 times bigger, even Wingstop's wings are bigger. Like some were so small, I didn't want to give them to anyone because it was an embarassment to serve it to them. Would I try it again?
