This is for the Atossa in La Mesa on Lake Murray. SO glad to have an east county location! So thankful to have found Dr. Esafahani and this location. The space is big, beautiful, private and plenty of parking. Also, very conveniently, right off the I8 freeway. I just did restylane eyelight under eye filler with Dr. Esfahani and couldn't be happier! She is SO careful and precise, and REALLY takes her time. This was my first time letting someone use a regular needle rather than a cannula for this area and I was very nervous, but I knew you could get potentially more precise placement and much better results with a needle. But this takes a real expert/artist and Dr. Esfahani definitely is---not a single bruise! She really takes her time and is careful to apply pressure after each injection point for a good minute or 2, which is key to stopping bruising. In addition, I take Bromelain and Arnica in the days before and after injections which helps prevent bruising as well. She goes slowly, always takes a moment to step back and assess, and was careful not to overfill. We left a little bit in the syringe and she said I could come back in a few days if I thought I needed the rest of it but I don't think I will. This procedure is one that is subtle, but does wonders for giving you a refreshed, younger look and helping minimize dark circles under your eyes. I'm so pleased with how good and natural it looks! The whole experience was just top-notch. My sister will be seeing her for the same thing...she loves my results. I have found my new injector and location! I highly recommend Dr. Esfahani. Ladies, I was hopeless before I met Dr. Fatemeh at Atossa Medical Spa. I was turned around by surgeons for Tummy tuck procedure. I did 3 fibro- blast treatments which left my skin with pigmentation and 3 PRP microneedling treatments at LIVV lounge in down town. Neither of those treatments gave me desirable results. I have been getting Botox/Dysport for a while now, from the same place, with varying results. Recently, my place closed and I needed a treatment. Luckily, I found Atossa. I originally only wanted my eyes done, but when Fatemeh saw the deep forehead lines she suggested treatment there as well. I told her I was afraid to do that, as a former attempt (from another provider) left my whole forehead heavy and falling into my brows. She is a fraud In response to her lies again , my family did not see this lite. She ignored all my meager and told me that my body is not responding to her treatment instead of taking care of her patients and try to fix the situation. I could've written a five star review after my first visit based on responsiveness, ease of scheduling, location, cleanliness, and the gentle professionalism of Dr. Esfahani. But I decided to wait until after all of my (initial) treatments so that I could leave a full review. Dr. Esfahani has a passion for what she does and it shines through in her work- she's calm, patient and informative, and talks you through each step of the process. She uses top-of-the-line products and her machines are the best out there. I had a series of three Morpheus8 Radio Frequency Microneedling treatments with PRP. After doing a little research I found that this particular treatment can have awful results, no results at all, and/or be extremely painful. Thus your results are very much in the hands of the provider, and I'm pleased to say my experience was excellent. Dr. Esfahani compounds her own numbing cream and boy does it work! I'm also very happy that she offers PRP as I feel it has maximized my results, which I am extremely happy with! I would like to say I been twice and both times I got lip fillers (Restylane) and (Dysport) which is another form of Botox. I have to say she does wonders I look very natural even with my lips are fuller and my wrinkles are gone .. I felt no pain with the lip injections and minimal with Botox.
