The work is sloppy, and it took much longer than it should have because a tempered glass window for the bathroom had to be reordered after the inspection failed. They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

My call was handled immediately outside of business hours, and Jamie, the owner, arrived on time the following day. He fixed my broken window efficiently and with great skill. Within minutes, my window was as good as new. Do yourself a favor and choose Goodrich Glass over the Glass Doctor. The Glass Doctor had no empathy over my emergency. They promised to call me in the morning to see if they could squeeze me in during the weekend. Eventually, they ended up calling me in the afternoon and then quoted me a price that was twice as much as Goodrich Glass after having tacked on extra charges for weekend servicing. There was no regard for my original message that I had needed the work done as soon as possible to get out of town. No one showed up so the I patiently waited for the entire next week. I called the office the next week and no one answered. Well that got a response from him and he had an attitude with me. Told me his office girl was sick and he never stated he would send someone out to measure that week. He talks ALOT and kept talking over me after I let him give me his excuses. So I started talking over him and an argument ensued so he said he would cancel the contract. That was PERFECT for me. He even bragged how when he came to my house he took the time to "TEACH" me how to run my video equipment. I never asked him for the advice and he took up a lot of me time running his mouth and when I was just wanting to get him out of there. He did the same "I know it all" advice when he came out for the house windows. Cancelling the contract was the best move for me since I saved $600 by having the same guy who put the screened in room in initially install the windows. Be cautious with this guy.
