The second time was to replace a pair of balancers in that same window. WOW, what a difference on the very first day the new obscured glass was installed. The afternoon sun coming through that new glass had me mistakenly thinking I left a light on. Dan, and company, are an excellent resource for anyone considering window and screen repair. Originally I intended to have replacement windows installed, and am very glad I kept the existing windows and made the glass repair. A fraction of the cost of having new windows installed. Atlantic Window & Screen Repair's prices were much better than the 2 other companies I had contacted for estimates. Dan is not only skilled in his work, but was patient in explaining things to me - I appreciated that! Since they couldn't fix the screen, I called Wekiva who came out the same day to repair the screen. This was especially important because we have cats that were used to going onto the lanai and were kind of crazy in the house without their exterior access. Wekiva came out immediately, charged me very little, and again, were wonderful to work with.
