This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare "professional". The entire interaction lasted all but five minutes, which was plenty for us. She was dismissive and her condescending remarks were both grossly unprofessional and deeply uncomfortable. If Ms. Joines is truly that miserable as a healthcare professional, she is a major liability to those she ostensibly serves and her employer. I hope for her sake, but especially for her patients, that she may consider another profession.

ER staff was very attentive, very caring. Once I was admitted, the daytime staff in a room, in a bed in the hospital was great. My nurse, Victoria Cambell, was amazing. I really appreciate her concern and care. However, The night time staff was not so good. I was hungry! Had been sick to my stomach early in the morning and hadn't eaten all day. I kept asking for something to eat, and I got a jello and some crackers. I was told I would get the evening meal, but that never happened. I was finally released at about 9:00 pm and the doctor finally came in to release me and in a big rush, hardly had time to give me a diagnosis and say good by. Not very impressed by that. I'd give my experience about a 5 out of ten.

Once in the center, the receptionists in there were amazing. They had us registered and walked mom right into a pre room. They took my name, number and identified what I was wearing to help identify me in the waiting room. Once in the room, the prep nurse, doctor and surgery staff came in the room to introduce themselves and make sure we didn't have any questions. The doctor said he would call once surgery was finished and he did just that. The experience once again was great! There was even free tea and coffee as you waited in the waiting room. My septum was torn from my nasal bone to the tip of my nose. I begged stupid David Holder to please look at my nose. I never asked for pain medicine. My sodium was low and I did not get fluids. My ankles were sprained, nope didn't look at them. Holder said he would do a CT scan on my head with contrast when I told him that my neurologist wanted me to have an angiogram. I have memory loss but I can recall some things and Holder said that they were the same thing. I said no they aren't. For an angiogram they have to feed something (this is where my memory loss comes in) through my groin up to my brain. This idiot said they were the same!!! I had a hysterectomy BY NOVANT in 2017.. guess what he did?? A blood pregnancy test without looking at MyChart or even asking me when my last period was. You know what he did do? HE SAW THAT I WENT TO THE ER IN 2022 AND THEY GAVE ME PAIN MEDICINE IN MY IV. He added to my record that if I go to pain management that I need narcan, Suboxone, and pill counts!!!! IDIOT LIAR!! I have been bedridden ever since and I went there on 11/29/2024. The nurse was asleep at the station right outside of my door. I finally pulled my leads off and the alarm went off for 10 minutes before she slowly got up to cut it off. There was only one patient in the entire ER. I am having to get the substance abuse removed from epic. I am reporting the entire hospital and HOLDER to every single place that I can. This ER needs to be shut down because this was not my first horrible experience there, but it was definitely the absolute worst experience. If I have can, I will sue. Don't go here. You will die.
