The front staff is always helpful and kind toward my son and I. My son has Autism and appointments are usually a bit stressful as things out of our normal routine throw him off, but he's very comfortable here. He loves the paintings in the WIC waiting room and the blue couches. He is not shy around the staff, he's very happy coming here and looks forward to it. We went just today and front end staff was helpful and quick getting us in. My son was cooperative because the sweet lady, Marta, was so kind and understanding toward him and talking to him to let him know everything we were doing/what to expect. It made a huge difference. She was very patient too. Then after that, our Nutritionalist, Holly, helped us from that point on. She was like sunshine! So kind toward my little guy and he was very happy being around her, not nervous or anxious at all like he can be at other doctor appointments. She was so sweet and loving, and it was actually such a great experience going there today. I highly recommend this place for your littles!!!! They are so helpful here and accommodating. She took care of my son and answered all his questions. She gave him the medications needed soon after our arrival. Within 15 minutes we were moved to a different location. While my son was put into a lounge chair in the hallway we continued to receive great care. My son went to CT soon after return we received the results.
