You have to ask for clear information that you should be privy to as a customer, and that should include a tracking number WITHOUT having to ask for one. Also, they should also inform customers whether the dress is made in the U.S or overseas. I'm a business owner as well. I've shipped overseas & that takes 7 days minimum before a tracking number from USPS or UPS to see the tracking number being in route to destination. 0/10.
