We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him

The interior was also detailed and he did an impeccable job on that too. When we picked up the car it looked amazing and I'm so happy with my service. The value was very fair for all the work that was done. Also the owner went above and beyond to get us scheduled in and was so courteous.

On my end checked in, confirmed address for pickup with them, etc. Half an hour before my flight lands they cancel the rental with message "I won't be available anymore. I'm sorry. Thank you for understanding", then crickets. Don't know what's going on with them and hope they are ok but find their communication and professionalism. Rented many cars on Turo and business doesn't even have to be there with lock box etc. Now I'm about to land with no car. stay away
