Wax N Go came to me at my own house and had the car washed and waxed within an hour for a very reasonable price!

Ziebart - The small orange sections of lines were all that was left of my defroster and antenna.

With repair costs, rental car cost, miscellaneous costs, & detailing costs they refuse to even partially refund, this cost me over $1200! After lots of back & forth by email, they refused to make things right. So, I'm currently in the middle of a BBB case against them. Avoid this shop at all costs!!

Terrible workmanship and very dishonest. They then refused to detail it. He claimed he never said that. I had a bubble in my original back window tint from the Sun. I wanted the back window tint removed and replaced. The rep told me that I had to sign a waiver stating that, even though they used chemicals and a hot air gun to remove old tint, there was a chance that a small portion might not come off and would have to be scraped. There was a chance that that may damage the defroster. I asked him what are the chances that that would happen? He said the guy that was doing my job and 25 years of experience and it was extremely rare to cut through the defroster circuit. Based on his claim of "extremely rare", I signed the waiver. They scraped away nearly my entire defroster and antenna. Picture attached. I presented the window issue to two experienced tinting companies. They were aghast. Both said that they guaranteed that job had I done it with either of them, with no waiver. They said there are chemicals to remove old tint and you never, ever use a razor blade near a window defroster. It cost me $667 to get the window replaced so I can have a working defroster and antenna again. And another $139 to get it re-tinted. I can't find my bill right now but I think I spent over $800 with Ziebart that day. It cost me $806 to correct their terrible workmanship.

When getting an oil change and tire rotation a few months later, the chevy dealership in beavercreek, not troy, said that the hex bolts were too tight and they were going to break if they tried to get them off, so I told them to skip the rotation. Turns out, chevrolet of troy over torqued my hub cap cover's hex bolts. Fast forward to today, I got a nail in my tire and took it to discount tire to have it fixed and decided to do a rotation. They ended up having to break one of the covers off to remove the tire for a rotation because their allen key broke when trying to break the hex bolts loose. Another cap's bolts sheared off when they tried to loosen them. Came here to figure out a solution and was told by troy's service manager that because I didn't come back to this shop, they would not do a thing. Why would I want to come back to this shop after this? 13 years and this was a first! I figured that because this was a dealerships shop, they would know when to use power tools vs when to hand tighten something, but I obviously assumed wrong. Steer clear of this place. (note that the pictures are after the work from discount tire, but I'm not sure what "magic" chevrolet of troy would have performed to get a different result when 2 other places said this would happen...)
