I found reviews on Google though that were…read morevery positive, so I decided to try Code One via the Atlanta location to get my ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications. I'm a nurse and have had many rounds of renewing these certifications at different places in other states I have lived. It's usually been a draining process and takes a lot of time. Code One made it so efficient and I was able to do the learning portions online during my own time, then the skills test was done at an appointment that I chose that fit my schedule. The appointment was at their office location off Glenridge. I chose the virtual instructor testing session because I hadn't done the skills testing with the automated system before. Sean was my instructor and he was so helpful and friendly. He helped me go through each round of testing and it was a very smooth and efficient process. I received my certifications via text and email not long after my skills testing. I couldn't believe how straight forward the whole process was compared to my previous experiences and I will absolutely use Code One again for future renewals!

I came here for a re-certification for CPR, AED, and First Aid for ACI - Adult, Child, and Infant. Laura M. was our Instructor & she led/taught the 4-hour course clearly & concisely. The Q&A between Laura & the students was very helpful in learning the training curriculum. The CPR Training School issue Certification Cards the day of Class as well as offering certification classes 7 days a week. The school also offers additional certifications for BLS for healthcare providers & advanced ACLS. They also provide on-site training for companies & their employees. The CPR Training School can also train individuals to be CPR instructors. A great course, at a good price & I received my Certification Cards via email before I made it home. I'll return to the CPR Training School for my future re-certifications.

Let me start off by saying there was around 15 people at the start of the class, only ONE person graduated/passed. The instructor Hey Rachel's attitude was horrible. The front desk person Chris' attitude was horrible. Due to Covid the course was 4 weeks long and i attended the course for 3 weeks and 5 days. 2 days before "graduating" from the class she locked myself and 4 other students out early (stop us from getting into the classroom on time) and blamed it on us being late. Ultimately because we were late we couldn't get into the classroom on time and she kicked us out and we all loss our $600. They are scammers and will do anything for money. They will take your money and find any reason to kick you out. If you have the option to do CNA here or not do it at all. DON'T DO IT AT ALL because you will not make it all the way through this course. It's a waste of your time and money. Go anywhere else but here.

I agree with the other reviews- they don't care to listen to student concerns, some professors are awful and disrespectful (though a few are great). They know the program is completely overwhelming and stressful, and don't do anything about it. There are too many shitty administrators in high positions. I'm a 4th quarter student and I give my experience there two stars.
