These are some fine folks and put on a very pleasant auction. They even open the auction with a prayer, which was a nice touch. It being New Years Day, they also handed out Black-eyed Peas and did other customer appreciation things like handing out gifts. Clay is an excellent auctioneer and keeps things lively and entertaining. In the day where a lot of auctions are moving strictly online this was a refreshing find!

Nicest and most welcoming greeting I have had at any auction. The auctioneer, Clellan Foster is a great auctioneer and does a a good job keeping things moving when he is on the stand. His descriptions are accurate and he honestly represents the items he is selling. His auction style is engaging and fun. He too makes everybody feel welcome. They also have a concession stand that sells some tasty morsels. I had nachos, chili and barbecue brisket. The nachos were fresh, the chili good and the brisket was nic This was my first visit to Foster's but it will not be my last, these are some good folks and I really enjoyed the experience and tender.

Of the last four purchases, one lot of plates was half counterfeit, one set of plates had flea bites that were not noted or visable in photos(perhaps happened after sale), one shipped box arrived with only one of five items intact, and my most recent--I purchased an entire lot for just one thing. It was a small easel. The fact that it didn't have a back piece to stand on was masked by leaning it against a wall in the photos. No note that it was not intact and that the broken piece did not even exist. I spent a lot of money for a box of things I didn't need and paid to ship. Plus I paid to ship an item that has zero function as the legs are missing. That's enough for me I won't be purchasing from them again.

Despite these clear instructions just about every stick of furniture was sold. She sold items that were part of the home. An example is a brand-new shed that was attached to the garage less than 1-year-old which was sold for $400 of which she kept half of the money. Chlorine tablets for my pool were sold so the pool could not be maintained. So a warning to whoever uses this service be aware that they will sell any and everything to make a dollar despite what you request. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
