We both had Jacob the masseuse - a young fellow who we both question if he was even a licensed massage therapist. The massage was such a light touch - it didn't help relieve any muscle tension for either of us and he skipped "massaging" my friend's arms all together! You have a significant upcharge for any "service" other than the basic light to medium massage (it was never even near medium) that included deep tissue, reflexology, anything. We both said to the front desk girl it was the worst massage we ever had! Girl shows mild interest and says "Oh? Sorry." My friend asked "Isn't there anything you can do for us?" Girl: "Umm...I could give you 10% off or you could come back tomorrow." Us: "No thanks. We'll take the 10% off." So, the $186 (!!) massage - $155 for 60 minutes plus a 20% mandatory gratuity add-on was minorly discounted. Gee....thanks. How about you get a qualified massage therapist instead? They count on one and done customers as they know they're not returning to this vacation island. Lakeside Spa has no right calling themselves a spa - absolutely terrible.
