The front desk was wonderful! I needed to get a scooter and they let me park it in the lobby overnight. When we planned the trip we wanted to stay at the Grand but after staying here we were so glad we were in town with so much to do and we could still go up and see the Grand.

I asked for a shoulder and foot massage and she was basically rubbing my skin around with oil. In addition, we could hear a conversation happening outside.
