During my most recent visit, I inquired about obtaining a heated seat for my new bike, and Russ discovered that my heated seat should've been included with the deal. Russ went way above and beyond and figuring out my heated seat would be no charge. Other visits for my first service appointment and tire installation have solidified my opinion about this great dealership. Great coffee bar too!

this is a great place to buy new and used parts for older Japanese motorcycles. if they don't have…read moreit in stock they can have in a few days. they have a great on-line catalog, so you can get an idea of what they carry before you head over. the owner is fountain of motorcycle knowledge, he seems to know everything. he's helped me out so many times when i've been stuck on something. truly a great resource. just a heads up: wait your turn in line and be patient. when you ask him a question, let him finish and don't interrupt him. if you go in there frequently, chances are you will get snapped at by him sooner or later. don't take it personally, it just goes with territory. it's kind of like the "soup Nazi" episode of Seinfeld.
