The home is very open, inviting and clean. There are private and shared rooms available. The kitchen and living area are bright, open, and well set up for the residents. The residents are able to sit outside in the backyard when the weather is nice and get fresh air and enjoy the sunshine. The owner and care staff are so welcoming and truly make us all feel like a part of their family. They are also amazing cooks and spoil the residents with wonderful home cooked meals. We could not have asked for a better fit for our father and it gives us a peace of mind to know that the caregiver and staff are well trained, certified, and very caring with Parkinson and Dementia patients. We cannot say enough good things about this care home.

There are private and shared rooms available. The kitchen and living area are huge and well set up for residents to be able to enjoy and relax. The backyard area is also a nice size and the administrator told me she plans to let residents do gardening out there so for the time being it's a little low on plants. The licensee is also the administrator and her daughter has her administrator certificate as well, so it was very assuring that both are knowledgeable in regulations and will provide the best care for their residents. They are able to do long term care as well as short term in case someone needs some extra assistance when recovering from surgery and they have a few home health groups they work with.

This place has been very difficult to work with post my daughters surgery. She was seen on March…read more17th for treatment including 2 "nu-smile" teeth. I went here instead of her regular dentist so she could be put under. I will say the dental staff was great and procedure smooth and quick. However the office staff has not been helpful. I paid $500 on the day of the visit for the "nu-smile" teeth and they told me they would bill my insurance (which in my policy clearly states they are covered at 100%). They told me they would confirm with my insurance and refund me once my insurance pays them. That it should take about a month. End of March, I get my explanation of benefits stating my insurance paid them, I say okay I should get my money back and get a call. Nope. When I call they act confused as to what I am talking about. The people I need to talk too (insurance and billing) always seem to be busy, or on lunch, so I get messages relayed through the secretary which makes communication difficult. I call my insurance who states the check was cashed by them in March 29th, yet this provider can't seem to "find it" even after I give them the check number via my insurance. They say it sometimes takes a couple weeks to process and to give it a couple weeks. Fast forward to April 21st, still no call back from them and no update when I call them except, the check from insurance is still pending (Really?!). I call May 11th, there response is still the check to me will be written soon and they will call me when it is sent out. I am hoping this will get their attention because this is insurance fraud as far as I am concerned as both me and my insurance has paid them. My next step is filing a grievance to get my money back. It has been 3 MONTHS. I will update this review when/if I get my money back.

They make sure he felt safe and they did a really good job taking care of his dental needs while he was sedated. My son liked the bubble gum scent of the anesthesia. They let him pick out a movie to watch. My only small complaint was the wait time. They said because it was so close to Christmas, that was their busiest time of year. They were trying to accommodate as many patients as they could. They told me that even if my insurance wouldn't cover it, they do not bill the parents of patients. They kept their word too. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Go somewhere that respects people's time and operates according to the hours they advertise.

I've had a few issues coming here…read more I'm in my 20s with normal Pap smears and he'd want to do them every 6 months! Every doctor I've asked said that's completely unnecessary. He'd also want to do blood work every 3 months. Again, I'm healthy. Staff is rude and unwelcoming. Last year I went in after not seeing Dr Say in a couple years, medical assistant asked if I had kids yet. I said no, and she responded "oh, I thought that's why you gained weight." Thanks for the reminder that I gained 20 lbs. Also, you get billed over and over again even after you've paid your balance. Just seems like a money hungry practice.

This doctor has 40+ years of experience…read more Medically speaking, there isn't much he hasn't dealt with over the years that he has been practicing. He is about as close to a family doctor with a black bag as you can get today. In my opinion, he a is very caring professional. He is old fashioned, in that, he hasn't bought into the Obomacare BS and spent thousands of dollars to computerize his practice. Many of his colleges with their own private practices have closed their doors due to the burdensome and unnecessarily expensive requirements of Obomacare. His refusal to do this has allowed his office to remain in business and for him to give his patients quality care for more than 5-15 allocated minutes each visit. One of the requirements for his patients is that everybody must have a complete physical every year. I have had other doctors tell me that they don't even get annual physicals as complete as Dr. Say gives. They were impressed. My wife and I have been using his services since 2012, when I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. Since 2012, my wife and I have had some life threatening illnesses. Were it not for his help and effective referrals, I do believe my wife and I would be dead today. I dread the day he closes his practice! I visit my family member 2 times/week in her home. She has shared her stories to me about the care that has been given to her by the caregivers and how they treat her. She doesn't feel as if they are fairly trained enough to help her with what we paid for. I will be removing my family member moving forward in the weeks to come to private home care.
