Hello everyone, I would not recommend this dentist. I took my 4 year old with a couple cavities and I would told that he need to get 8 teeth extracted because they were to damaged to repair. Got a second opinion at a different dentist and that dentist was able to save all but one tooth that was recommended for extraction. I felt like this office was more concerned about charger me upward of 3k for all the extraction than the trama and pain a child would endure with that many extractions. read more

I absolutely love this dentist office for my 7 year old who unfortunately has needed Alot of work done. Initially multiple dentist they told me he would need to be sedated to get his work done I was scared and heart broken , BUT DOCTOR ARREGUIN (absolutely HEAVEN sent) said she could do it in multiple treatments and if they would be ok. Of course I agreed and was thankful. NO OTHER DENTIST was patient enough. The front office staff is always so pleasant and patient. The back office is very kind to the children. The dental assistant always very pleasant , pays attention (remembers my child) , and very gracious.The love and care they provide is the BEST i've encountered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!! My son and I originally came for a 2 o'clock cleaning appointment. The ladies upfront were very attentive and professional. Day after Easter so I'm sure everyone is in good spirits. Love the decor and ambience of the office. Staffs were all welcoming and friendly. Check in was easy. As my son got his teeth cleaned, doctor came to examine and ask for any teeth concerns he found 2 cavities and one extraction. The Gentleman Doctor advised to get them taken care of as soon as possible & squeezed us for treatment same day! Super kind & helpful, saved us time since we reside 20 minutes away. We took home a care package of toothbrush/toothpaste/floss and gauze. Also my son's tooth for memory. After our appointment they gave my son tokens to treat himself to goodies. I've taken my kids here since they opened. Recently they started over booking themselves and now when you walk in the office is full of patients . Doesn't seem like they are organized anymore. I showed up to my appointment today and my appointment was CANCELLED BY THEM . I didn't even get a notice that it was cancelled .The person at the front said it was because I didn't confirm my appointment by respond with a "c " to their text. I specifically called and asked if this business took my dental insurance and they said they did. They FAILED to mention it would be out of network though! What do you know after the visit I get a call saying I owe over $100 that my insurance wouldn't cover. Yes my bad I should have looked at the provider list online, but they KNOW this. We took my son here for his first dentist visit, as he just turned one. Despite there being multiple office staff up front when we came in, no one offered a simple "hello" or "welcome", and it's not the end of the world but would've definitely been noticed and appreciated! The appointment went smoothly and we just made sure to tell them we didn't want any fluoride used and they were accommodating. The dentist said she felt his molars about to come through so it was nice to have a heads up on that. She also let us know him grinding his teeth is normal because of the gum irritation he's feeling. I wouldn't recommend this dentist office. The staff was unprofessional (gossiping openly where we can hear) and we waited a long time which I was willing to overlook if the care had been better. The appointment was rushed. No feedback or education on how to care for a baby's teeth. Overall, no bedside manner and we were basically in and out of the chair. We waited longer to be taken back than the length of the actual appointment. Disappointing because I thought the care would be specialized in babies and children given the name but I was wrong. read more

But again felt like the staff and doctors very kind and helpful here. We will be back soon for my child's regular care as well as care for my other little ones' teeth. First appointment here for my daughter. Waited over 30 minutes in the room for the doctor. Was told he'd be right out. Never came. Went up to the front to explain what was going on. They said he was having difficulty with another patient and he'd be right out for my daughter. They shouldn't have taken me back if there was a delay. I told them I was told he'd be right out 30 minutes before. They told me the exact same thing 30 minutes later. If there was a delay, they should've said something way before 30 minutes went by. Definitely won't reschedule or go back there again. No thanks. I'll find somewhere else that has better communication and time management skills. read more

Best first dental appointment ever!! My son is 15 months, and Dr. Padilla was so kind and gentle with him. The whole staff was excellent. I'm so happy this was such a positive experience for my little guy. I was so nervous about how it would go. I don't want him to be afraid of the dentist. My son has a tooth abscess. We made an appointment weeks ago and were told our insurance was fine. They called 1 hour before the appointment to say they didn't take our insurance. My son could have infection spreading to his jaw, and he is in pain. Waiting weeks before letting us know we have to find a new dentist is horribly unprofessional and cruel. Pretty disappointed. My son had an infection and needed to be seen immediately to get antibiotics. The receptionist scheduled me out for him to be seen in 10 days. I told her, you want me to leave my son with a swollen cheek for 10 more days...? She said yes, because that was the only opening she had? My daughter does not care to go to the dentist at all but Dr. Padilla make her feel welcomed and comfortable she was happy to go back. He is very gentle and understanding. He has a wonderful alternative if your children do not do well with needles. My daughter was not scared at all he made her feel like her feelings mattered!!! My son was extremely nervous about having work done on his teeth. The staff here is so warm and friendly. My son literally laughed the whole time. We were in and out in less than an hour. I love Turlock Children's Dentistry they are so caring with the kids and talk to them to build a trustful connection. The dentist is awesome and is nonjudgmental and truly cares. I can't be more pleased with the service here. They are so good with kids! My son who has autism was treated amazing as well as my daughter who is 12! Most kid's dentist offices stop seeing kids after 12 but this place said they would continue to see her as long as they can!
