My kids and I love this place! They remember us every time and can do basically all treatments in house which is such a benefit! It's a smaller office, but it allows them to be more personal and focus on one patient at a time. We've never experienced issues with fillings received, if anything they've helped fix cracked fillings done elsewhere. Dr. Kaur is the best. She truly cares for her patients. She placed solution in my daughter's surface cavities when she was barely 2 years old. She wanted to avoid putting her under to fix her teeth. So today (4 years old) we were able to use conscious sedation to fix her cavities and put a cap on. She let me know it wasn't going to be perfect. Dr. Kaur did my daughters tongue tie revision and I must say we are so pleased with the results! My daughter was diagnosed with a tongue tie making it impossible to breast feed. Dr. Kaur was highly reviewed so we decided to go in for a consultation. I was a mess to say the least, it was extremely emotional to have my 9 day old under go the procedure however, Dr. Kaur was amazing!! She was patient, took her time in explaining the procedure and didn't push for anything she didn't think was necessary. I am so glad I found Dr. Kaur! Our whole experience at Sparkle Kids exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were met by smiling faces and amiable demeanors from everyone we encountered. My child loved all of the themed rooms, especially the underwater/fish themed lobby! The whole office was decorated so interactively! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, they really helped in making my child feel comfortable! We got X-rays taken and he was allowed to pick the color dental chair he wanted to sit in. Dental tools can be kinda scary sometimes, but they are definitely a lot less scary when they are shown to you, explained to you, and you're allowed to touch all the tools before they are used! This helped to increase my comfortability, as well! Dr. Kaur was really great. Very personable and very caring. We definitely both enjoyed speaking with her! As a parent, you dread things like the doctor or dentist because you never know how your child is going to react, but at this office, my child and I both felt at ease and he keeps asking when he gets to go back! When I was little, I hated the dentist. I feel like that would have been different had my dentist been anything like Dr. Kaur and her staff! We brought our son for his first dentist appt here and absolutely loved it! Just walking in you are amazed by the decor! At least I was! I could not stop taking pics :-D takes away any "scary-ness" from the dentist. It's so nice in there it made me wonder if i can take my kids just to play! Lol. This place is AMAZING!!! Dr. Kaur is the absolute best! My son first came to her at 2.5 years old and now at 3 years old, he just had his biannual check-up. He's always been a very interesting, strong-willed child and he is very speech delayed. I was so nervous for his first appointment but everyone was super supportive and Dr. Kaur made the experience so positive I actually teared up on our way home because I was so relieved and I was so proud of my kiddo. Just got back from the dentist omg what a differences from Kids World dental. A dentist that actually talked to me and the staff were actually smiling. I used to go to Kids World and it was far and I put up with it, but after the last visit I wanted another opinion. My 4 year old hates the dentist and she did really well. Dr. Kaur is super nice and place is reall. Okay I'm be real here. My 4 year old have several cavities coming from kids world and they wanted to referral me out to Salida for general Anesthesia. I was like no!! I was so scared of her not waking up. So I wanted another opinion and more options. This place is the only place that I've found that will give an oral medication to sedated the kids. So there are awake but really drowsy. I had to pay out of pocket because insurance wouldn't cover but it was wroth it for my piece of mind! It worked! We had cavities taken care of and a crown. The doctor here was absolutely wonderful. We went in nervous to get our little guys tongue tie but after one consultation she had throughly explained how much better his life could be. Before the clip he was constantly spitting up, fussy, couldn't use a binky etc. After the procedure he was a whole new baby. This place is amazing with kids. I have a 3 yr and 5 yr. Of course kids wonder what the tools the dentist are using are for, but what this place did is show and explain to them what each tool is on their own hands and then kids hands and after ask them let's try cleaning your teeth. They provide incentives to my kids after they finished each task. My kids were extremely happy with the service and attentiveness. They were patient with my kids since the x-ray part was a little difficult. The Doctor explain the upcoming procedure needed for my son and the options. I can not say enough great things about this office and Dr. Kaur! We were referred to this office by our current (not any longer) dentist for X-rays because they felt my 3 year old needed to be sedated for X-rays. Our first visit the staff was amazing and very helpful. They were able to take X-rays with out any issues or sedation and Dr. Kaur even took the time to come in and explain everything and answered any questions I had. They were also able to schedule the needed procedure that same week and made my son feel so comfortable he wasn't worried about the surgery. Dr Kaur also took the time to explain the worst case scenario for his tooth which would have been an extraction but that she would do her best to save the tooth and she was able to save the tooth! I've been bringing my girls here for the past two years and it's honestly the best dental office we've ever been to. (we've been to many because we moved around quite a bit). I especially love that they will make one appointment for both of my children and I don't have to make separate appointments. My kids get greeted by their names from the second they walk into the door and we've never had to wait very long to be called and started on cleanings. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. They always let my toddler feel the tools before they start any type of cleaning. They also let my kids choose which type of toothpaste they'd like. Dr. Kaur is seriously so great. She gives options and let's me decide which treatmeants I would like done and doesn't force anything upon me. My toddler, 4yo, had to get a tooth filled and Dr. Kaur was amazing from start to finish. I originally had made my son and appointment at Kids Care in Modesto, and it didn't work out, and I can only say that turned out to be the BEST THING EVER, because I ended up finding Dr. Kaur, when I called I believe it was Dr. Kaur that answered because everyone else was on lunch, but right away she was very nice and understanding, I was already upset and stressed out, but she did her best to try to resolve my issue, and she did! not only did she get my son in the same day, she saved me from having a huge hassle with getting my son in to kindergarten. (I am terrible with names, but here it goes) The girl that was working up front was very friendly, and helpful, Dr. Kaur's assistant/hygienist was AMAZING with my son, kind and very patient figuring my 5 year old didn't want to sit in the seat for more than 20 seconds. On to Dr. Kaur she was very nice, explained everything with me and so very patient with my son who again had no interest in sitting in that chair for any amount of time..but he's 5 it's to be expected. As soon as we walked in everybody behind the desk said hello. The tech/hygienist took us right back and offered up the goodies (toothbrush and a promise of a sugar free sucker). He picked his seat and she got to work explaining each tool as she went. He was easy because that's his personality but they still went above and beyond. Dr. Kaur cleaned a couple teeth and explained proper oral care and a couple things to prepare for in the upcoming years. She advised us how to prevent cavities (which would make her money) and that consistent easy going visits would make him comfortable every 6 months.
