This was by far the worst doctor's office I have ever in my entire life dealt with. Doctor sanacore makes no effort to have a relationship with your children or you as parents. They do not follow up or check on your children. They do not answer your questions or make any effort to help beyond the basic check ups. They refused to see my newborn during Covid unless I took my perfectly healthy child to an urgent care to be Covid tested. They are rude and disrespectful to parents. The only friendly one is the young man at the front desk. Do not take your children here. I took both my children out. They made me go to the office to sign a release and asked why I am leaving. I said would you like an honest answer. Doctor sanacore said yes. I said I felt abandoned when I needed help with my son's help and that the reviews were awful online.He said those are just disgruntled patients.. he's just rude. read more

I spoke with somebody on the phone 3 weeks ago regarding my baby being born in February and becoming a new patient there and somebody i spoke with told me they would call me on that following Monday to go over everything and get things set up. I know businesses are running short right now so I waited and never got a call back. Finally today after 3 weeks have gone by I called and now they tell me they aren't accepting new patients right now! All this time waiting I could have been looking for a different pediatrician for my baby that is being born in a month! Terrible office. Doctors make no effort to form a relationship with the baby (or the mom/dad). Our doctor doesn't talk to our baby at all, and literally does not make eye contact with us (very odd). When we ask questions we get what feels like 1-word answers. I feel like I can't even have a regular conversation with this doctor and end up doing a lot of research myself online when I have questions. Besides the lack of normal social behavior, our doctor is also too rough in the way that she handles my baby, in my opinion. 5 months in and I've finally had enough of giving her the benefit of the doubt. I'm leaving to find another office. I'd also like to note that I had never been seen on time, even when I had a 9:30am appointment the doctor was still 25 minutes late. read more

Absolutely Awful. I called to make an appointment for my youngest daughter and Dr. Baccari refused to treat her because my oldest daughter doesn't go there. She told me "If i cant treat both i wont treat either" and "If you don't trust me with one don't trust me at all". The receptionist very rudely explained that's their "Policy" so i requested a copy of the policy, Of course there is no such policy in writing. Surprise Surprise. They are Rude, Unprofessional and care only about money going into their greedy pockets. I am happily removing my child from their care and id advise everyone else to do so as well. Awful practice. Extremely behind the times and sub-par in its appearance and service towards patients. When dealing with billing, they are NASTY and will not release medical records even when they are supposed to release within 30 days per RI law. We waited over 60 days for my sons medical records while this office continued to break the law. Not to mention they are UNWILLING to move an inch to deal with the insurance companies for billing discrepancies. They want YOU to sort it out while they lazily sit back and collect your money. Understaffed and overworked is what you will notice at this office. Appointments are NEVER on time. We recently moved out of the area and requested our son be transferred to a more local pediatric office, but still had a small balance due to Atwood Pediatric which we had every intention of paying. We endured over 60 days of dropping off medical releases in person and faxing to this office - all with NO RESPONSE. Time was of the essence as my son was last given his last immunizations at his 9 month appointment and now he is over 13 months old and no pediatrics office will see him without these records! Atwood Pediatric DID NOT CARE about my son and the timeliness for him to be seen elsewhere. They are not a medical institution - they operate more like a bank. Staff hung up phone multiple times in my requests to release records to new office and kept lying to us that faxes were not received - even though we have fax transmission reports showing successful attempts. Front office staff also put me on hold and did not press the mute button and had me hear them laughing in the background and saying that I was going to keep "annoying them" and using choice obscenities towards my family. After getting nowhere with the front desk staff, I asked for an office manager and was informed that they do not have one. There is the BIGGEST red flag for this office! Finally, I ended up speaking to Dr. Sanacore directly and was threatened that he would take me to collections WITHOUT NOTICE TO US (again, illegal) for the small balance we owe due to health insurance provider billing mistake. He also stated that he would not release my son's records. He was completely oblivious to my requests and told us that they never got our fax because their fax machine had been down for weeks. Weeks? What kind of Micky Mouse medical office functions without a fax machine for WEEKS? Unacceptable and a blatant lie. I'm sure if payment was faxed, they would receive those just fine. After explaining to Dr. Sanacore that I submitted a formal complaint with the Chief of the RI Medical Board and Board Investigator at the RI Department of Health for 60 day non-compliant behavior regarding the release of my son's medical records and that we are represented by an attorney in the matter, he suddenly said my son's records have been ready for days. Interesting. I thought your office said you could not release the records? I was then hung up by him after telling me "its not cool to owe an office money." Call me crazy, but I have never heard a doctor use the verbiage my 7 year old uses "its not cool." Professionalism and formality has no price and this office falls short in every aspect. If the head of this office is this unprofessional, it is no surprise to me of how his office operates. If you want to be treated like a walking co-pay, this is the place for you. What a shame. Money before service and health care should not be a trait in a pediatrics office. STAY AWAY! read more

I went to this office as a child and now bring my children. I love that they can been seen right away, when they are sick. No appointment just walk in, seen within 20 minutes. It may be a little longer if you want to see just your doctor. You can call, anytime 24/7 and a doctor will call you back to answer your questions. If they think you should go to the hospital for any reason, they call ahead for you so you are seen right away. read more

My son doctor is excellent! She is thorough with each exam and interacts with him to make him feel comfortable and safe. What else I love about this practice is that there are so many doctors and there is always someone available for a sick visit. All the doctors are excellent and know how to lighten the mood when a child is not feeling well. I also have to say that the rest of the office staff is not only friendly but extremely helpful and compassionate. read more

I am absolutely in love with this office. The doctors are outstanding the front desk is always so sweet and the most I've ever had to wait was 20 minutes on a Saturday for a sick visit. The longest callback time for on call was 14 minutes and it wasn't a dire emergency I'm just a hypochondriac and I would rather be safe than sorry. Dr. Pasquarillo puts my mind at ease and always takes the time to explain everything from vaccines to how use a blender bottle to mix powdered formula because the formula can stay in little lumps almost like a brownie mix and the lumps of powder then pop in their belly causing gas. What a great $8 save for my munchkin when she would get gassy. ( also less gas drops to use, id rather not have to put anything unnecessary in my baby) Fast forward to 18 months old now and he's just as attentiveto my questions on speech and word recognition. He takes his time and always makes it fun for my daughter even right after a shot she still blows him kisses. read more

***DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE***Terrible staff, terrible service. I have experienced such a nightmare with this office. I have spent several days on the phone with this office staff members trying to get my son's medical records and have gotten the run around over and over, they have been rude and have lied to me. I was willing to pay the $15 dollars they require for the records, I sent my husband to get the records and they told him they needed a release signed, I signed the release and faxed it to their office TWICE and both times they claimed they never received it. I called them and was put on hold for 20 minutes!!! then called again and was put on hold for 9 more minutes and then someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. While I can understand some offices have their own policy, it is absolutely ridiculous that they are giving me such a hard time releasing my son's records which I have every right to get. I finally spoke with another staff member on Thursday of last week and she was very apologetic and told me that they will mail the records to my son's new doctor that same day. I called them today Monday and was told that the records were not mailed and that they have 30 days to process my request after receiving payment of $15.00. I cant even believe this. It is so sad that doctors dont even have a clue as to what happens behind the scenes and how their staff members are to blame for patients leaving them. I will not recommend this office to my worse enemy. I dont have anything negative to say about the doctors as they took good care of my son. We moved to another city and that is the reason why we needed to transfer my son's records. But after this experience I am glad we are not keeping him there. If you care at all about your children and their health DO NOT go to this terrible doctor office! The doctor seem nice at the beginning, but don't let that fool you, they have too many patients to see and is almost impossible to make an appointment when you have a concern about your child. PLUS, I don't think I should be telling the doctor a diagnose with my child, isn't that why doctors go to school and I have to pay them a boat load of money just to walk in the door. If you like to be treated in a rush with no thought to you, as a parent, about the most important thing in the world (your children) and you like to be treated unprofessional and lose yearly appointments so your kid is unable to go to school for the next year, and get attitude for standing up for yourself, Plus don't expect any test results to be called back to you and If you still want to do here, make sure you go to medical school to help assist in the child health. There are too many better place out there to waste with this unprofessional environment! read more
