This office has a coordinator of care that helps me, as a single mom of disabled son, navigate current goals, what we've accomplished and what's next. Dr Morocco can tend to run behind but when he's with us, he's solely focused on my son and his needs. We are there often bc my sons immune system is horrible- the staff at the desk, the nurses over the phone and med assistants all know my son, and make him feel safe when he has pretty significant medical trauma from surgeries etc. I know my sons needs are being met and my concerned are not ignored- actually the doctor always tells me what an amazing job im doing as a mother advocating for him, because he's come so far over his 5 years - if anyone's a single medical momma - that means everything to me, and it is rare to hear, so when it comes from his primary doctor, it truly means the world. The reasoning is for the AM they see "well visits" and it keeps the sick kids away from the "well ones". I do get why they do this--it's just tough when our son is sick all day and can't be seen until after 2pm. But they always call and help over the phone.

We left with clear directions and the surgeon called that evening to check on my son. We used the valet parking because he couldn't walk for and this was very convenient. Dr…read more Westrick has been my primary for as long as I can remember , and she is now also my sisters primary and has been since she was born ( she's 15 now ). Anywho I love this place. But it does get crowded of course , but children get taken well care of here and love. The front desk ladies are very nice and usually have last minute/same day appointments for when the little one isn't feeling well and you don't want them to suffer. They sincerely care about the child's well being to make them better. Dr.Westrick is the best! I have been seen by every doctor here and I'm glad she's always been my primary. Such a honest , caring doctor. Starting a very young age I have found her to be the person who I trust the most to open up too and that's great to have a doctor you can trust. She has changed my life in many positive ways. Also the rooms are very clean , I have never had an issue. However the only downside but every doctors office is like this , is the wait. You usually are there for an hour - an hour and a half total , it's a little frustrating but it's worth it to get the proper care needed. Also the parking lot is big so don't worry about parking, and they have vending machines downstairs and they have an elevator, and a lab so you don't have to go far with lab work.

They refused to see my newborn during Covid unless I took my perfectly healthy child to an urgent care to be Covid tested. They are rude and disrespectful to parents. The only friendly one is the young man at the front desk. Do not take your children here. I took both my children out. They made me go to the office to sign a release and asked why I am leaving.
