This is a small store compared to others. We were able to park right in front of the store where we…read moresaw lots of beautiful flowers for sale. We was looking for a portable air conditioner and a dryer vent tubing. As soon as we entered a man came up to us and asked what we were looking for. Such great customer service. We told him and he guided us right where we needed to go for the items. We got the dryer tube and all they had were window unit air conditions so we checked out. The asked if we would like to sign up for their rewards program but we declined as we don't usually shop here. Before we left we looked at some other merchandise. The patio sets, tree chainsaws and an electric lawn mower. They do have some cool looking things inside. Outside we looked at some other items they had for sale. I think I want to come back when my husband's not with me so I can spend some more money!!

I have tried for months to get a tank that we paid for. I have called and emailed many times over…read morethe past four months. I get told that they will get back to me, but they never do. I have bills of lading that prove we did not receive one of the tanks we ordered and paid for. I don't know how to get this settled and they are not being helpful. I would not recommend this company because they are not helpful when the order has trouble. The customer suddenly becomes invisible to them.

The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful too. Not to mention, we appreciate that Harbor Freight remains a dog friendly store. We travel with our small dog quite often so to have a store such as Harbor Frieght to rely on in our travels has been a relief. I am an older female who hasn't mowed a lawn in decades. I was absolutely clueless and told the store manager as such when I called to share that a battery was missing in the order. He personally delivered the battery and then taught me how to use the tools safely, as well as how/when/why to charge the batteries (yes, it matters). I am so utterly grateful for his kindness that I don't know what to say. These tools would have been useless to me without these lessons. I'll be going back.

I called after 2 days to tell them their tank had an issue and pressure builder was broken.. they said that it wasn't broken and I was mistaken.. seem like people there don't have much knowledge about their products..I was not offered a new working tank or anything. I am just out 200 dollars after 6 days.. then they charged me a delivery fee, to come get their broken ass tank, and they almost doubled my rental fees for the tank... I was quoted a different price when I rented the tank.. I would not trust this business again.. super shady and they rent out broken tanks.. will be going to gas and supply across the street from now on..
