July 2018 - Not sure if she is doing cleaning anymore or what. Left a voicemail and sent a text on 2 different occasions spread out over 2 weeks and no reply. I was utilizing their services every other month while they were around, but it seems like maybe they aren't working anymore or something. Bummer. So in response to the business owner's comment below from my November review, I will now provide further explanation of my experience with ATX Spring Cleaning so that all viewers may establish their own opinions: Owner: 1/1/2018 Thank you very much Mrs Jennifer for taking the time and writing us a review. I'll just say "it's impossible to find a house without getting an address". Sorry, we did not meet your expectations. First, when I called to schedule the appointment, I attempted to give my address over the phone. However, she did not speak English well and seemed to have a very difficult time understanding even after I attempted to spell it out a few times. She asked then that I just text her the address which I was happy to do. At the time of the call I was driving from out of town while speaking with her so I had to wait until I came to a stop somewhere. I did forget to text her the address after I got home later that afternoon BUT I did give her the address when I originally spoke to her. When the day came for the appointment no one showed up or even called. I called them 3 times to find out if they were coming AND left a voicemail. No one answered or returned my call. At that point I placed my original review on Yelp. Within 5 MINUTES she called to say that someone in her office had called to let her know of my review on Yelp. I explained that I had an appointment and no one showed up nor did anyone answer the phone when I tried to call even though she called me back from the exact same number I had attempted to reach them on. She said she didn't think I wanted them to come after all since I didn't text the address and didn't seem to like their price (I did negotiate the price on our original call to which she agreed to and there was no argument or hassle at all about the price). I asked her why, if she was unsure whether I wanted the appointment because I didn't text the address to her, did she not follow up? She obviously has people in her office constantly monitoring Yelp but can't call to confirm appointments? Especially if you the business owner already knew you didn't have an address?? Why would you assume I the customer would not want an appointment after we had already spoken and agreed on a date/time and price. Now it was my mistake for forgetting to text the address as I said. But again, if you are a business that depends on how many appointments you book then why would you not be sure you know what homes you need to be at on any given business day? In my opinion, she had no intention of coming and I now feel it was because she was not happy because of the price I negotiated. And even though it was my fault for forgetting to text the address (again it was provided directly to her over the phone originally) what most burns me up is that when I tried to call to see if she was coming, NO ONE ANSWERED. Yet there was absolute effort in contacting me regarding a poor Yelp review. And now, because you felt a need to just now respond to my comment from November in such a manner, I feel compelled to respond with an additional bad review. read more

I will have to say... I was hesitant at first. You never know what you get until you try it. PHENOMENAL Communication. Under an hour on all texts, emails... everything. They were even able to move my appointment up. I had never had the house cleaned since moving in. With 2 Dogs... 1 Cat... 1 Hedgehog... and 2 teenagers... lord only knows how dirty it really was here. I was amazed at how fast... and how clean things are in the house. They cleaned places that you didn't know were possible. I have had my other homes cleaned by professionals and by amateurs. If you are looking for someone who is flexible, and dedicated to cleaning what they say they will and going that extra bit to really make you say "WOW"... you owe it to yourself to try ATX Spring Cleaning. Never thought of having a continual cleaning... but very cost effective... and well worth the money. I will have them come back any time... (as a matter of fact... next week). read more
