WTH!! When I asked, they did do the 1/2 bath and vacuumed the dog hair, but did not do the dishes! What kind of cleaning service does not do dishes!! When you know you did a lousy job, you offered a free cleaning. I don't know anyone successful in business who would offer FREE services, when they've done a great job. After the 2nd incident, I should've let you go. My mistake. The pictures don't lie. But then again, maybe I dirtied the apartment, took pictures and spent 1/2 my day cleaning after a service, simply because I have nothing better to do. Defensiveness is borne out of guilt.
