KM is great. I found them on Yelp when I moved to FL. They did a great job on my house. Fast and spotless. However then I went with a friend's referral for a while but they weren't as good and cancelled me last minute several times. I finally fired them and came back to KM. She was very responsive and took my last minute request. I have them come monthly now - highly recommended! read more

Highly recommend this company! I needed a last minute cleaning, booked within less than 48 hrs & they did everything they could to accommodate me and came to my rescue. Communication was great, very friendly and respectful ladies who followed instructions well. My house was left clean and organized, and beds were made exactly as we asked. The two ladies, did not know proper cleaning methods. The stove was not even taken apart to clean, not even, what I would call dusting the stove. The cabinet in the bathroom, looked like they may have use not even a wet rag. The tile and grout was to be cleaned. I took a little cleaner, I had sprayed it and only used a rag and 90% came up. Just think, if I would have used a little hand brush. strip between the bathroom and hallway, was not even touched, because I used a rag and the dirt came right up, with out any work. The house was completely vacant, this was an easy cleaning job. I would never recommend, this company. The two ladies did not even speak English. I wanted to use a local company, to support local business. It did not matter the day or time to me as long as the job was done the property way. Big disappointment read more

WOWWWWW!! If I could rate 10 stars, I would! Vanessa was professional, prompt and her team did a fabulous job on the Move-Out clean of my Coconut Creek Townhome. I needed it cleaned asap and she gave me a very fair price and was a pleasure to deal with. Her team was incredibly thorough and my townhome never looked so good! From the stairs to the refrigerator, oven, cabinets, ceiling fans... nothing was overlooked and it felt so great to be able to trust Vanessa and her level of professionalism. I was not in town, so she sent me photos of every area of my home...I ended up paying more money than she requested because of the amazing hard work of her crew. I can't say enough good about KM Cleaning and the owner, Vanessa, and the ladies that cleaned my sister's house. The house was beyond disgusting since my sister had been unable to do anything for the last 6 weeks and ended up in the hospital. The cleaning ladies came in, saw what needed to be done and did it. My sister is still hospitalized (over 2 weeks now) but I sent her photos after the cleaning had been done. She is so pleased and it was definitely the bright spot in her day. I researched a lot of cleaning companies and settled on KM and it was definitely the right choice. Vanessa is very easy to work with and communicates promptly. Their charge was so reasonable.
