What could be more perfect after a day at the most amazing spa in the world and a cozy Italian dinner than a perfect bed and breakfast experience? Not much if you ask me.... Where to begin? The home is picture perfect and nestled in the woods surrounded by leaves upon glorious leaves. An inviting front porch appropriately decorated for the season and a backyard filled with hues of yellow and a hot tub! Perfection! The room was lovely. Immaculate and cozy. The most comfortable bed complete with crisp white linens and super plush pillows. Their signature feather (plume is feather in French) was found creatively dispersed in the details including a throw pillow and on the door to each room. I loved every thought out detail such as the maple leaves as a nod to Canada. We took advantage of the oversized tub and lovely smelling bath accessories. We loved the playful addition of the rubber duckies! The robes were perfectly folded and a treat to put on after our relaxing bath as we cozied up. The room has a CD player, DVD player and and a small flatscreen with satellite. We had a fantastic nights sleep in this space. The house was super cozy as well and filled with local artist as well as the owner's own artwork. All were of gorgeous local scenes. Amazing! They are all for sale also! The food was unreal! We were graciously handed a menu to fill out before bedtime with a place to select a time we would like to enjoy our meal. I was a tad confused as there were so many options. You each choose one from each category. So much food and it all sounded incredible! It absolutely was! The hosts take pride in their culinary skills and it surely shows. Each dish was created, plated and garnished with the upmost care. They also have a hydroponic garden in the basement so your meal is garden fresh. The menu was very creative, but didn't stray from the local surroundings. They will certainly cater to your dietary needs. The night before our stay was Canadian Thanksgiving and we were invited to join in for a full dinner. They even went out of their way to make me veg friendly plates! The hosts couldn't have been friendlier, kinder and more knowledgeable of the area. It was an absolute perfect night and up there with our favorite bed & breakfast experiences. Here for a work conference/retreat, now for the second year in a row. Clearly they take feedback…read morebecause the service of snacks and coffee during our hours-long sessions was phenomenal compared to the previous year. As always, the food on-site is delicious. The location is gorgeous and approachable. There are hiking trails (skiing/snow-mobiling in winter?) a half mile walk from the resort, and trails nearby. The road around Lac Dupois is exactly 3.1/miles (5K) from door to door of the resort, which is nice for those of us who enjoy a morning jog each morning. Beware of mosquitoes or flies in the June-July months though! The rooms are lovely, there are two different sides of the resort. I have now stayed on both and I prefer the side with the pool because of the ability to open the wall in the bathroom to open up the space! It's just me, so it's nice to have a lot of natural light. In the side I stayed in this time (waterfront/beachfront), the bathroom is closed off and dark without the lights on. Still a spacious room with a fireplace and lounge area and kitchenette, but the bathtub is uninspired on this side! What didn't go well, this time at least... upon checkout, we confirmed I had no incidentals, and I did not drink any of the in-room bottles of wine (this is a work trip, I am one person, I can't do that + I simply didn't!). But! Once I arrived home, I received an invoice for a bottle of wine (incidental) from my room. I followed the instructions to file a ticket to get support, and received no response. I followed up twice to the original ticket. After a day, I saw the charge post to my credit card I left for incidentals. I created a NEW ticket in case the first accidentally got closed. No response. Unfortunately I had to dispute the charge. I noticed after the dispute they attempted again to charge the card for the wine (I did not have), so I had to work with the card support (Apple Card support is very helpful) and they advised to rotate the card number. They ended up favoring me in the dispute. I really don't understand why they wanted to pin me for the wine so bad. I hope they didn't end up charging my company for it because that is fraudulent and I wouldn't want to support them going forward if this is how they do business.

Always love coming here…read more I've had some pretty great memories from dancing to electric eel in the hot tubs at night to tanning by the pool with nothing but sunshine in sight. I'm in love with the fire pit in the middle of the pool it's my fav part and I'm guessing everyone as well. Only thing that sucks is usually one is out of service on our last trip two were down but we still had 2 open. Rooms are great ! Huge bed with sliding wall beside the bath tub so you can watch the tv from the tub or just have a conversation with someone lol. The double sided fireplace is great really sets the mood. Great kitchen so bring your own food depending how many days you're staying.

What's more is that the entrance is up a pretty steep hill. It was so slippery our car couldn't get up so we had to park in the lot at the bottom of the hill and walk up with our bags. OIE. We were pretty upset upon arrival after having almost fallen and broken our necks 10 times on the way up. The story was: their contractor who applies the rocks & sand was called hours ago and they had no idea where he was. Be it true, that was extremely dangerous for us. They should be more diligent with that hill or they may run into legal problems. Having said that, you may wonder why I've given this place a 4 star ? The icy welcome aside, we had a great time. 8 outdoor Jacuzzis, 1 indoor pool, 1 indoor hot tub (with jets), 1 steam room, and massage services. It is ultimate relaxation. The restaurant is in the hotel, right by the spa and it was excellent. Facilities are very clean. The outdoor Jacuzzis are too cool! The room we had was cozy but quite small. Our room had a King sized bed, it was very comfortable. The owner told us they will be upgrading the rooms soon. We received $35 off our next stay anytime... even high season. We will definitely be going back!

Wonderful hill worth the somewhat long drive!…read more I came here on a Sunday with my partner. Buying tickets online was super simple. For a 4-hour block, the student price was 40$ + 4.35$ for the rechargeable ski card. We arrived to the hill and there was a sign saying the parking lot was full but we managed to find a spot. For the first time you ski here, you need to go to the ticket booth to get your card. However, for future visits, you just enter your card number when you buy the ticket online and you don't have to wait in any lines when you get there. The hill is very well maintained. Lots of varied runs of varying difficulties. Great options for beginner and intermediate skiers. A few tougher options for more advanced skiers as well as a park for those who like to do tricks. Employees were nice and helpful. Driving back to Montreal in the afternoon/evening on a Sunday took almost 2 hours because of the traffic so be aware of that (especially with the curfew). Even with this minor negative, we have a wonderful day and look forward to coming here again!

They think they can abuse the system. I just called again and said I would write a review if I don't here from her. I just received a call from an employee that she would call me in a few days.....and they would credit me $20.00 !!!!!! Really well you know what keep it and put that towards lessons about dealing with the public and towards the breakfast you offer also.
